Saulus aber richtete sich auf von der Erde, und als er seine Augen auftat, sah er niemand. Sie nahmen ihn aber bei der Hand und führeten ihn gen Damaskus.

Y SAULO, respirando aún amenazas y muerte contra los discípulos del Señor, vino al príncipe de los sacerdotes,

And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest,

Und war drei Tage nicht sehend und aß nicht und trank nicht.

Y demandó de él letras para Damasco á las sinagogas, para que si hallase algunos hombres ó mujeres de esta secta, los trajese presos á Jerusalem.

And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.

and asked for letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.

Es war aber ein Jünger zu Damaskus mit Namen Ananias; zu dem sprach der HERR im Gesichte: Ananias! Und er sprach: Hier bin ich, HERR.

Y yendo por el camino, aconteció que llegando cerca de Damasco, súbitamente le cercó un resplandor de luz del cielo;

And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven:

As he traveled, he got close to Damascus, and suddenly a light from the sky shone around him.

Der HERR sprach zu ihm: Stehe auf und gehe hin in die Gasse, die da heißet die Richtige, und frage in dem Hause Judas nach Saulus mit Namen von Tarsus; denn siehe, er betet

Y cayendo en tierra, oyó una voz que le decía: Saulo, Saulo, ¿por qué me persigues?

And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?

He fell on the earth, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me?”

und hat gesehen im Gesichte einen Mann mit Namen Ananias zu ihm hineinkommen und die Hand auf ihn legen, daß er wieder sehend werde.

Y él dijo: ¿Quién eres, Señor? Y él dijo: Yo soy Jesús á quien tú persigues: dura cosa te es dar coces contra el aguijón.

And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.

He said, “Who are you, Lord?” The Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.

Ananias aber antwortete: HERR, ich habe von vielen gehöret von diesem Manne, wieviel Übles er deinen Heiligen getan hat zu Jerusalem.

El, temblando y temeroso, dijo: Señor, ¿qué quieres que haga? Y el Señor le dice: Levántate y entra en la ciudad, y se te dirá lo que te conviene hacer.

And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.

But rise up and enter into the city, then you will be told what you must do.”

Und er hat allhie Macht von den Hohenpriestern; zu binden alle, die deinen Namen anrufen.

Y los hombres que iban con Saulo, se pararon atónitos, oyendo á la verdad la voz, mas no viendo á nadie.

And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.

The men who traveled with him stood speechless, hearing the sound, but seeing no one.

Der HERR sprach zu ihm: Gehe hin; denn dieser ist mir ein auserwählt Rüstzeug, daß er meinen Namen trage vor den Heiden und vor den Königen und vor den Kindern von Israel.

Entonces Saulo se levantó de tierra, y abriendo los ojos, no veía á nadie: así que, llevándole por la mano, metiéronle en Damasco;

And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw no man: but they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus.

Ich will ihm zeigen, wieviel er leiden muß um meines Namens willen.

Donde estuvo tres días sin ver, y no comió, ni bebió.

And he was three days without sight, and neither did eat nor drink.

Und Ananias ging hin und kam in das Haus und legte die Hände auf ihn und sprach: Lieber Bruder Saul, der HERR hat mich gesandt (der dir erschienen ist auf dem Wege, da du herkamest), daß du wieder sehend und mit dem Heiligen Geist erfüllet werdest.

Había entonces un discípulo en Damasco llamado Ananías, al cual el Señor dijo en visión: Ananías. Y él respondió: Heme aquí, Señor.

And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.

Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias. The Lord said to him in a vision, “Ananias!” He said, “Behold, it’s me, Lord.”

Und alsobald fiel es von seinen Augen wie Schuppen; und ward wieder sehend

Y el Señor le dijo: Levántate, y ve á la calle que se llama la Derecha, y busca en casa de Judas á uno llamado Saulo, de Tarso: porque he aquí, él ora;

And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,

The Lord said to him, “Arise and go to the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judah for one named Saul, a man of Tarsus. For behold, he is praying,

und stund auf, ließ sich taufen und nahm Speise zu sich und stärkete sich. Saulus aber war etliche Tage bei den Jüngern zu Damaskus.

Y ha visto en visión un varón llamado Ananías, que entra y le pone la mano encima, para que reciba la vista.

And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.

and in a vision he has seen a man named Ananias coming in and laying his hands on him, that he might receive his sight.”

Und alsbald predigte er Christum in den Schulen, daß derselbige Gottes Sohn sei.

Entonces Ananías respondió: Señor, he oído á muchos acerca de este hombre, cuántos males ha hecho á tus santos en Jerusalem:

Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:

But Ananias answered, “Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much evil he did to your saints at Jerusalem.

Sie entsetzten sich aber alle, die es höreten, und sprachen: Ist das nicht, der zu Jerusalem verstörete alle, die diesen Namen anrufen, und darum herkommen, daß er sie gebunden führe zu den Hohenpriestern?

Y aun aquí tiene facultad de los príncipes de los sacerdotes de prender á todos los que invocan tu nombre.

And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.

Here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on your name.”

Saulus aber ward immer kräftiger und trieb die Juden in die Enge, die zu Damaskus wohneten, und bewährete es, daß dieser ist der Christus.

Y le dijo el Señor: Ve: porque instrumento escogido me es éste, para que lleve mi nombre en presencia de los Gentiles, y de reyes, y de los hijos de Israel:

But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:

But the Lord said to him, “Go your way, for he is my chosen vessel to bear my name before the nations and kings, and the children of Israel.

Und nach vielen Tagen hielten die Juden einen Rat zusammen, daß sie ihn töteten.

Porque yo le mostraré cuánto le sea menester que padezca por mi nombre.

For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name’s sake.

For I will show him how many things he must suffer for my name’s sake.”

Aber es ward Saulus kundgetan, daß sie ihm nachstelleten. Sie hüteten aber Tag und Nacht an den Toren, daß sie ihn töteten.

Ananías entonces fué, y entró en la casa, y poniéndole las manos encima, dijo: Saulo hermano, el Señor Jesús, que te apareció en el camino por donde venías, me ha enviado para que recibas la vista y seas lleno de Espíritu Santo.

And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.

Ananias departed and entered into the house. Laying his hands on him, he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord, who appeared to you on the road by which you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.”

Da nahmen ihn die Jünger bei der Nacht und taten ihn durch die Mauer und ließen ihn in einem Korbe hinab.

Y luego le cayeron de los ojos como escamas, y recibió al punto la vista: y levantándose, fué bautizado.

And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.

Immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he received his sight. He arose and was baptized.

Da aber Saulus gen Jerusalem kam, versuchte er, sich zu den Jüngern zu tun; und sie fürchteten sich alle vor ihm und glaubten nicht, daß er ein Jünger wäre.

Y como comió, fué confortado. Y estuvo Saulo por algunos días con los discípulos que estaban en Damasco.

And when he had received meat, he was strengthened. Then was Saul certain days with the disciples which were at Damascus.

He took food and was strengthened. Saul stayed several days with the disciples who were at Damascus.

Barnabas aber nahm ihn zu sich und führete ihn zu den Aposteln und erzählete ihnen, wie er auf der Straße den HERRN gesehen, und er mit ihm geredet, und wie er zu Damaskus den Namen Jesu frei geprediget hätte.

Y luego en las sinagogas predicaba á Cristo, diciendo que éste era el Hijo de Dios.

And straightway he preached Christ in the synagogues, that he is the Son of God.

Immediately in the synagogues he proclaimed the Christ, that he is the Son of God.

Und er war bei ihnen und ging aus und ein zu Jerusalem und predigte den Namen des HERRN Jesu frei.

Y todos los que le oían estaban atónitos, y decían: ¿No es éste el que asolaba en Jerusalem á los que invocaban este nombre, y á eso vino acá, para llevarlos presos á los príncipes de los sacerdotes?

But all that heard him were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests?

All who heard him were amazed, and said, “Isn’t this he who in Jerusalem made havoc of those who called on this name? And he had come here intending to bring them bound before the chief priests!”

Er redete auch und befragte sich mit den Griechen; aber sie stelleten ihm nach, daß sie ihn töteten.

Empero Saulo mucho más se esforzaba, y confundía á los Judíos que moraban en Damasco, afirmando que éste es el Cristo.

But Saul increased the more in strength, and confounded the Jews which dwelt at Damascus, proving that this is very Christ.

Da das die Brüder erfuhren, geleiteten sie ihn gen Cäsarea und schickten ihn gen Tarsus.

Y como pasaron muchos días, los Judíos hicieron entre sí consejo de matarle;

And after that many days were fulfilled, the Jews took counsel to kill him:

When many days were fulfilled, the Jews conspired together to kill him,

So hatte nun die Gemeinde Frieden durch ganz Judäa und Galiläa und Samarien und bauete sich und wandelte in der Furcht des HERRN und ward erfüllet mit Trost des Heiligen Geistes.

Mas las asechanzas de ellos fueron entendidas de Saulo. Y ellos guardaban las puertas de día y de noche para matarle.

But their laying await was known of Saul. And they watched the gates day and night to kill him.

but their plot became known to Saul. They watched the gates both day and night that they might kill him,

Es geschah aber, da Petrus durchzog allenthalben, daß er auch zu den Heiligen kam, die zu Lydda wohneten.

Entonces los discípulos, tomándole de noche, le bajaron por el muro en una espuerta.

Then the disciples took him by night, and let him down by the wall in a basket.

Daselbst fand er einen Mann mit Namen Aneas, acht Jahre lang auf dem Bette gelegen, der war gichtbrüchig.

Y como vino á Jerusalem, tentaba de juntarse con los discípulos; mas todos tenían miedo de él, no creyendo que era discípulo.

And when Saul was come to Jerusalem, he assayed to join himself to the disciples: but they were all afraid of him, and believed not that he was a disciple.

Und Petrus sprach zu ihm: Änea, Jesus Christus macht dich gesund; stehe auf und bette dir selber. Und alsobald stund er auf.

Entonces Bernabé, tomándole, lo trajo á los apóstoles, y contóles cómo había visto al Señor en el camino, y que le había hablado, y cómo en Damasco había hablado confiadamente en el nombre de Jesús.

But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.

Und es sahen ihn alle, die zu Lydda und zu Saron wohneten; die bekehreten sich zu dem HERRN.

Y entraba y salía con ellos en Jerusalem;

And he was with them coming in and going out at Jerusalem.

Zu Joppe aber war eine Jüngerin mit Namen Tabea (welches verdolmetschet heißt eine Rehe), die war voll guter Werke und Almosen, die sie tat.

Y hablaba confiadamente en el nombre del Señor: y disputaba con los Griegos; mas ellos procuraban matarle.

And he spake boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him.

preaching boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus. He spoke and disputed against the Hellenists, but they were seeking to kill him.

Es begab sich aber zu derselbigen Zeit, daß sie krank ward und starb. Da wuschen sie dieselbige und legten sie auf den Söller.

Lo cual, como los hermanos entendieron, le acompañaron hasta Cesarea, y le enviaron á Tarso.

Which when the brethren knew, they brought him down to Cæsarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.

When the brothers knew it, they brought him down to Caesarea and sent him off to Tarsus.

Nun aber Lydda nahe bei Joppe ist, da die Jünger höreten, daß Petrus daselbst war, sandten sie zwei Männer zu ihm und ermahneten ihn, daß er sich's nicht ließe verdrießen, zu ihnen zu kommen.

Las iglesias entonces tenían paz por toda Judea y Galilea y Samaria, y eran edificadas, andando en el temor del Señor; y con consuelo del Espíritu Santo eran multiplicadas.

Then had the churches rest throughout all Judæa and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.

So the assemblies throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and were built up. They were multiplied, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit.

Petrus aber stund auf und kam mit ihnen. Und als er hinkommen war, führeten sie ihn hinauf auf den Söller, und traten um ihn alle Witwen, weineten und zeigten ihm die Röcke und Kleider, welche die Rehe machte, als sie bei ihnen war.

Y aconteció que Pedro, andándolos á todos, vino también á los santos que habitaban en Lydda.

And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.

As Peter went throughout all those parts, he came down also to the saints who lived at Lydda.

Und da Petrus sie alle hinausgetrieben hatte, kniete er nieder, betete und wandte sich zu dem Leichnam und sprach: Tabea, stehe auf! Und sie tat ihre Augen auf; und da sie Petrus sah, setzte sie sich wieder.

Y halló allí á uno que se llamaba Eneas, que hacía ocho años que estaba en cama, que era paralítico.

And there he found a certain man named Æneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy.

There he found a certain man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years because he was paralyzed.

Er aber gab ihr die Hand und richtete sie auf und rief die Heiligen und die Witwen und stellete sie lebendig dar.

Y le dijo Pedro: Eneas, Jesucristo te sana; levántate, y hazte tu cama. Y luego se levantó.

And Peter said unto him, Æneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.

Peter said to him, “Aeneas, Jesus Christ heals you. Get up and make your bed!” Immediately he arose.

Und es ward kund durch ganz Joppe, und viele wurden gläubig an den HERRN.

Y viéronle todos los que habitaban en Lydda y en Sarona, los cuales se convirtieron al Señor.

And all that dwelt at Lydda and Saron saw him, and turned to the Lord.

All who lived at Lydda and in Sharon saw him, and they turned to the Lord.

Und es geschah, daß er lange Zeit zu Joppe blieb bei einem Simon, der ein Gerber war.

Entonces en Joppe había una discípula llamada Tabita, que si lo declaras, quiere decir Dorcas. Esta era llena de buenas obras y de limosnas que hacía.

Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.

Es war aber ein Mann zu Cäsarea mit Namen Cornelius, ein Hauptmann von der Schar, die da heißt die welsche,

Y aconteció en aquellos días que enfermando, murió; á la cual, después de lavada, pusieron en una sala.

And it came to pass in those days, that she was sick, and died: whom when they had washed, they laid her in an upper chamber.

In those days, she became sick and died. When they had washed her, they laid her in an upper room.

gottselig und gottesfürchtig samt seinem ganzen Hause und gab dem Volk viel Almosen und betete immer zu Gott.

Y como Lydda estaba cerca de Joppe, los discípulos, oyendo que Pedro estaba allí, le enviaron dos hombres, rogándole: No te detengas en venir hasta nosotros.

And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them.

As Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, hearing that Peter was there, sent two men to him, imploring him not to delay in coming to them.

Der sah in einem Gesichte offenbarlich um die neunte Stunde am Tage einen Engel Gottes zu ihm eingehen, der sprach zu ihm: Cornelius!

Pedro entonces levantándose, fué con ellos: y llegado que hubo, le llevaron á la sala, donde le rodearon todas las viudas, llorando y mostrando las túnicas y los vestidos que Dorcas hacía cuando estaba con ellas.

Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.

Peter got up and went with them. When he had come, they brought him into the upper room. All the widows stood by him weeping, and showing the tunics and other garments which Dorcas had made while she was with them.

Er aber sah ihn an, erschrak und sprach: HERR, was ist's? Er aber sprach zu ihm: Dein Gebet und deine Almosen sind hinaufkommen ins Gedächtnis vor Gott.

Entonces echados fuera todos, Pedro puesto de rodillas, oró; y vuelto al cuerpo, dijo: Tabita, levántate. Y ella abrió los ojos, y viendo á Pedro, incorporóse.

But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

Peter sent them all out, and knelt down and prayed. Turning to the body, he said, “Tabitha, get up!” She opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter, she sat up.

Und nun sende Männer gen Joppe und laß fordern Simon mit dem Zunamen Petrus,

And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.

welcher ist zur Herberge bei einem Gerber Simon, des Haus am Meer liegt; der wird dir sagen, was du tun sollst.

Esto fué notorio por toda Joppe; y creyeron muchos en el Señor.

And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.

This became known throughout all Joppa, and many believed in the Lord.

Und da der Engel, der mit Cornelius redete, hinweggegangen war, rief er zwei seiner Hausknechte und einen gottesfürchtigen Kriegsknecht von denen, die auf ihn warteten,

Y aconteció que se quedó muchos días en Joppe en casa de un cierto Simón, curtidor.

And it came to pass, that he tarried many days in Joppa with one Simon a tanner.

He stayed many days in Joppa with a tanner named Simon.
