Amós 1

Este es su mensaje: «Desde Sion el Señor rugirá como un león, desde Jerusalén lanzará un poderoso grito. Será tan terrible su grito que los pastos de los campos se secarán y se resecará la cumbre del monte Carmelo».

Y dijo: Jehová bramará desde Sión, y dará su voz desde Jerusalem; y las estancias de los pastores se enlutarán, y secaráse la cumbre del Carmelo.

And he said, The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.

He said: “The LORD will roar from Zion, and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the pastures of the shepherds will mourn, and the top of Carmel will wither.”
