Yahvé dice: “Por tres pecados de Moab, y hasta por cuatro, no retiraré su castigo, porque quemó los huesos del rey de Edom hasta hacerlos ceniza;
ASÍ ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Moab, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque quemó los huesos del rey de Idumea hasta tornarlos en cal.
Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Moab, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime:
The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Moab, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime;
pero enviaré fuego sobre Moab, y devorará los palacios de Queriot; y Moab morirá en medio del tumulto, entre gritos y el sonido de trompeta;
Y meteré fuego en Moab, y consumirá los palacios de Chêrioth: y morirá Moab en alboroto, en estrépito y sonido de trompeta.
But I will send a fire upon Moab, and it shall devour the palaces of Kerioth: and Moab shall die with tumult, with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet:

y eliminaré al juez de entre ellos, y mataré a todos sus príncipes junto con él”, dice Yahvé.
Y quitaré el juez de en medio de él, y mataré con él á todos sus príncipes, dice Jehová.
And I will cut off the judge from the midst thereof, and will slay all the princes thereof with him, saith the LORD.

Yahvé dice: “Por tres pecados de Judá, y hasta por cuatro, no retiraré su castigo, porque han rechazado la ley de Yahvé, y no han obedecido sus mandamientos, y sus mentiras los han desviado del camino, las mismas mentiras que siguieron sus antepasados;
Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Judá, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque menospreciaron la ley de Jehová, y no guardaron sus ordenanzas; é hiciéronlos errar sus mentiras, en pos de las cuales anduvieron sus padres.
Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they have despised the law of the LORD, and have not kept his commandments, and their lies caused them to err, after the which their fathers have walked:
The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Judah, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have rejected the LORD’s law, and have not kept his statutes, and their lies have led them astray, after which their fathers walked;
pero enviaré fuego sobre Judá, y devorará los palacios de Jerusalén”.
Meteré por tanto fuego en Judá, el cual consumirá los palacios de Jerusalem.

Yahvé dice: “Por tres pecados de Israel, y hasta por cuatro, no retiraré su castigo, porque han vendido a los justos por dinero, y a los necesitados por un par de sandalias;
Así ha dicho Jehová: Por tres pecados de Israel, y por el cuarto, no desviaré su castigo; porque vendieron por dinero al justo, y al pobre por un par de zapatos:
Thus saith the LORD; For three transgressions of Israel, and for four, I will not turn away the punishment thereof; because they sold the righteous for silver, and the poor for a pair of shoes;
The LORD says: “For three transgressions of Israel, yes, for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have sold the righteous for silver, and the needy for a pair of sandals;
Pisotean la cabeza de los pobres en el polvo de la tierra y les niegan la justicia a los oprimidos. El hijo y el padre se acuestan con la misma mujer, profanando mi santo nombre.
Que anhelan porque haya polvo de tierra sobre la cabeza de los pobres, y tuercen el camino de los humildes: y el hombre y su padre entraron á la misma moza, profanando mi santo nombre.
That pant after the dust of the earth on the head of the poor, and turn aside the way of the meek: and a man and his father will go in unto the same maid, to profane my holy name:
They trample the heads of the poor into the dust of the earth and deny justice to the oppressed. A man and his father use the same maiden, to profane my holy name.
Se acuestan junto a cada altar sobre ropas recibidas en garantía. En la casa de su Dios beben el vino de los que fueron multados.
Y sobre las ropas empeñadas se acuestan junto á cualquier altar; y el vino de los penados beben en la casa de sus dioses.
And they lay themselves down upon clothes laid to pledge by every altar, and they drink the wine of the condemned in the house of their god.
They lay themselves down beside every altar on clothes taken in pledge. In the house of their God they drink the wine of those who have been fined.
Sin embargo, yo destruí a los amorreos delante de ellos, que eran altos como cedros y fuertes como robles; yo destruí su fruto arriba y sus raíces abajo.

También a ustedes los saqué de Egipto y los guié cuarenta años por el desierto, para que tomaran posesión de la tierra del amorreo.

Yo levanté a algunos de sus hijos como profetas, y a algunos de sus jóvenes como nazireos. ¿No es esto verdad, hijos de Israel?”, dice Yahvé.
Y levanté de vuestros hijos para profetas, y de vuestros mancebos para que fuesen Nazareos. ¿No es esto así, dice Jehová, hijos de Israel?
And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.
I raised up some of your sons for prophets, and some of your young men for Nazirites. Isn’t this true, you children of Israel?” says the LORD.
“Pero ustedes les dieron de beber vino a los nazireos, y les ordenaron a los profetas: “¡No profeticen!”.
Mas vosotros disteis de beber vino á los Nazareos; y á los profetas mandasteis, diciendo: No profeticéis.
But ye gave the Nazarites wine to drink; and commanded the prophets, saying, Prophesy not.
“But you gave the Nazirites wine to drink, and commanded the prophets, saying, ‘Don’t prophesy!’
Pues miren, yo los voy a aplastar, como aplasta un carro cargado de grano.
Pues he aquí, yo os apretaré en vuestro lugar, como se aprieta el carro lleno de haces;
Behold, I am pressed under you, as a cart is pressed that is full of sheaves.
Behold, I will crush you in your place, as a cart crushes that is full of grain.
El más rápido no podrá huir, el fuerte no podrá usar su fuerza, ni el valiente podrá salvarse.
Y la huída perecerá del ligero, y el fuerte no esforzará su fuerza, ni el valiente librará su vida;
Therefore the flight shall perish from the swift, and the strong shall not strengthen his force, neither shall the mighty deliver himself:
Flight will perish from the swift. The strong won’t strengthen his force. The mighty won’t deliver himself.
El arquero no se mantendrá firme, el de pies ligeros no escapará, ni el que monta a caballo se salvará.
Y el que toma el arco no resistirá, ni escapará el ligero de pies, ni el que cabalga en caballo salvará su vida.
Neither shall he stand that handleth the bow; and he that is swift of foot shall not deliver himself: neither shall he that rideth the horse deliver himself.
He who handles the bow won’t stand. He who is swift of foot won’t escape. He who rides the horse won’t deliver himself.
El más valiente entre los guerreros huirá desnudo ese día”, dice Yahvé.
El esforzado entre esforzados huirá desnudo aquel día, dice Jehová.
And he that is courageous among the mighty shall flee away naked in that day, saith the LORD.
He who is courageous among the mighty will flee away naked on that day,” says the LORD.
