Amós 3

Vernehmt dieses Wort, das der HERR gegen euch, ihr Israeliten, ausgesprochen hat, gegen das ganze Geschlecht, das ich aus Ägyptenland hergeführt habe! Es lautet so:

OID esta palabra que ha hablado Jehová contra vosotros, hijos de Israel, contra toda la familia que hice subir de la tierra de Egipto. Dice así:

Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying,

Hear this word that the LORD has spoken against you, children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up out of the land of Egypt, saying:

»Euch allein habe ich mir aus allen Geschlechtern des Erdbodens erwählt; darum will ich euch für alle eure Verschuldungen büßen lassen!«

A vosotros solamente he conocido de todas las familias de la tierra; por tanto visitaré contra vosotros todas vuestras maldades.

You only have I known of all the families of the earth: therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.

“I have only chosen you of all the families of the earth. Therefore I will punish you for all of your sins.”

Wandern wohl zwei Menschen miteinander, ohne daß sie sich verabredet haben?

¿Andarán dos juntos, si no estuvieren de concierto?

Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

Do two walk together, unless they have agreed?

Brüllt wohl der Löwe im Walde, ohne Beute zu haben? Läßt der Jungleu seine Stimme aus seiner Höhle erschallen, ohne daß er einen Fang getan hat?

¿Bramará el león en el monte sin hacer presa? ¿dará el leoncillo su bramido desde su morada, si no prendiere?

Will a lion roar in the forest, when he hath no prey? will a young lion cry out of his den, if he have taken nothing?

Will a lion roar in the thicket, when he has no prey? Does a young lion cry out of his den, if he has caught nothing?

Gerät wohl ein Vogel in die Falle am Boden, ohne daß ihm eine Schlinge gelegt ist? Schnellt wohl ein Fangnetz vom Erdboden empor, ohne daß es etwas gefangen hat?

¿Caerá el ave en el lazo en la tierra, sin haber armador? ¿alzaráse el lazo de la tierra, si no se ha prendido algo?

Can a bird fall in a snare upon the earth, where no gin is for him? shall one take up a snare from the earth, and have taken nothing at all?

Can a bird fall in a trap on the earth, where no snare is set for him? Does a snare spring up from the ground, when there is nothing to catch?

Wird die Posaune in einer Stadt geblasen, ohne daß die Leute erschrecken? Tritt ein Unglück in einer Stadt ein, ohne daß Gott der HERR es verursacht hat?

¿Tocaráse la trompeta en la ciudad, y no se alborotará el pueblo? ¿habrá algún mal en la ciudad, el cual Jehová no haya hecho?

Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?

Does the trumpet alarm sound in a city, without the people being afraid? Does evil happen to a city, and the LORD hasn’t done it?

Nein, Gott der HERR tut nichts, ohne zuvor seinen Ratschluß seinen Knechten, den Propheten, geoffenbart zu haben.

Porque no hará nada el Señor Jehová, sin que revele su secreto á sus siervos los profetas.

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, unless he reveals his secret to his servants the prophets.

Der Löwe hat gebrüllt: wer sollte sich nicht fürchten? Gott der HERR hat geredet: wer sollte nicht als Prophet reden?

Bramando el león, ¿quién no temerá? hablando el Señor Jehová, ¿quién no profetizará?

The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?

The lion has roared. Who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken. Who can but prophesy?

Ruft es aus über die Paläste von Assyrien hin und über die Paläste des Landes Ägypten hin und macht bekannt: »Versammelt euch auf dem Berge von Samaria und seht euch das wilde Treiben in seinem Innern an und die Bedrückungen in seiner Mitte!«

Haced pregonar sobre los palacios de Azoto, y sobre los palacios de tierra de Egipto, y decid: Reuníos sobre los montes de Samaria, y ved muchas opresiones en medio de ella, y violencias en medio de ella.

Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great tumults in the midst thereof, and the oppressed in the midst thereof.

Proclaim in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, “Assemble yourselves on the mountains of Samaria, and see what unrest is in her, and what oppression is among them.”

»Sie verstehen nicht zu tun, was recht ist« – so lautet der Ausspruch des HERRN –, »sie, die da Frevel und Gewalttaten aufspeichern in ihren Palästen.«

Y no saben hacer lo recto, dice Jehová, atesorando rapiñas y despojos en sus palacios.

For they know not to do right, saith the LORD, who store up violence and robbery in their palaces.

“Indeed they don’t know to do right,” says the LORD, “Who hoard plunder and loot in their palaces.”

Darum hat Gott der HERR so gesprochen: »Der Feind wird dein Land ringsum bedrängen und deine starke Mauer von dir hinabstürzen, und deine Paläste sollen geplündert werden!« –

Por tanto, el Señor Jehová ha dicho así: Un enemigo habrá aún por todos lados de la tierra, y derribará de ti tu fortaleza, y tus palacios serán saqueados.

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; An adversary there shall be even round about the land; and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be spoiled.

Therefore the Lord GOD says: “An adversary will overrun the land; and he will pull down your strongholds, and your fortresses will be plundered.”

So hat der HERR gesprochen: »Gleichwie der Hirt nur zwei Beinchen oder ein Ohrläppchen aus dem Rachen des Löwen rettet, so werden auch die Israeliten, die in Samaria wohnen, sich nur mit dem Teppich des Diwans und mit dem Seidengewebe ihres Ruhebettes retten!« –

Así ha dicho Jehová: De la manera que el pastor libra de la boca del león dos piernas, ó la punta de una oreja, así escaparán los hijos de Israel que moran en Samaria en el rincón de la cama, y al canto del lecho.

Thus saith the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.

The LORD says: “As the shepherd rescues out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear, so shall the children of Israel be rescued who sit in Samaria on the corner of a couch, and on the silken cushions of a bed.”

»Hört und bezeugt es dem Hause Jakob« – so lautet der Ausspruch des HERRN, des Gottes der Heerscharen –:

Oid y protestad en la casa de Jacob, ha dicho Jehová Dios de los ejércitos:

Hear ye, and testify in the house of Jacob, saith the Lord GOD, the God of hosts,

“Listen, and testify against the house of Jacob,” says the Lord GOD, the God of Armies.

»An dem Tage, an dem ich die Freveltaten der Israeliten an ihnen heimsuche, da werde ich sie (auch) an den Altären von Bethel heimsuchen, so daß die Hörner des Altars abgehauen werden und zu Boden fallen.

Que el día que visitaré las rebeliones de Israel sobre él, visitaré también sobre los altares de Beth-el; y serán cortados los cuernos del altar, y caerán á tierra.

That in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel upon him I will also visit the altars of Beth-el: and the horns of the altar shall be cut off, and fall to the ground.

“For in the day that I visit the transgressions of Israel on him, I will also visit the altars of Bethel; and the horns of the altar will be cut off, and fall to the ground.

Da will ich das Winterhaus in Trümmer schlagen samt dem Sommerhaus, und die Elfenbeinsäle sollen zugrunde gehen und gar viele Häuser verschwinden!« – so lautet der Ausspruch des HERRN.

Y heriré la casa del invierno con la casa del verano, y las casas de marfil perecerán; y muchas casas serán arruinadas, dice Jehová.

And I will smite the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory shall perish, and the great houses shall have an end, saith the LORD.

I will strike the winter house with the summer house; and the houses of ivory will perish, and the great houses will have an end,” says the LORD.
