Amós 7

Und Amos antwortete und sprach zu Amazja: „Ich bin kein Prophet und ich bin kein Prophetensohn, denn ich bin ein Hirte und ein Maulbeerfeigenbaumzüchter bin ich.“

Entonces respondió Amós, y dijo á Amasías: No soy profeta, ni soy hijo de profeta, sino que soy boyero, y cogedor de cabrahigos:

Then answered Amos, and said to Amaziah, I was no prophet, neither was I a prophet’s son; but I was an herdman, and a gatherer of sycomore fruit:

Then Amos answered Amaziah, “I was no prophet, neither was I a prophet’s son, but I was a herdsman, and a farmer of sycamore figs;
