8Sollte nicht um solches willen das ganze Land erbeben müssen und alle Einwohner trauern? Ja, es soll ganz wie mit einem Wasser überlaufen werden und weggeführt und überschwemmt werden wie mit dem Fluß Ägyptens.

8Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.

8Won’t the land tremble for this, and everyone mourn who dwells in it? Yes, it will rise up wholly like the River; and it will be stirred up and sink again, like the River of Egypt.
