Amós 8

Der Herr HERR zeigte mir ein Gesicht, und siehe, da stund ein Korb mit Obst.

ASÍ me ha mostrado Jehová: y he aquí un canastillo de fruta de verano.

Thus hath the Lord GOD shewed unto me: and behold a basket of summer fruit.

Und er sprach: Was siehest du, Amos? Ich aber antwortete: Einen Korb mit Obst. Da sprach der HERR zu mir: Das Ende ist kommen uber mein Volk Israel; ich will ihm nichts mehr ubersehen.

Y dijo: ¿Qué ves, Amós? Y dije: Un canastillo de fruta de verano. Y díjome Jehová: Venido ha el fin sobre mi pueblo Israel; no le pasaré más.

And he said, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then said the LORD unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more.

He said, “Amos, what do you see?” I said, “A basket of summer fruit.” Then the LORD said to me, “The end has come on my people Israel. I will not again pass by them any more.

Und die Lieder in der Kirche sollen in ein Heulen verkehret werden zur selbigen Zeit, spricht der Herr HERR; es werden viel toter Leichname liegen an alien Orten, die man heimlich wegtragen wird.

Y los cantores del templo aullarán en aquel día, dice el Señor Jehová; muchos serán los cuerpos muertos; en todo lugar echados serán en silencio.

And the songs of the temple shall be howlings in that day, saith the Lord GOD: there shall be many dead bodies in every place; they shall cast them forth with silence.

The songs of the temple will be wailing in that day,” says the Lord GOD. “The dead bodies will be many. In every place they will throw them out with silence.

Horet dies, die ihr den Armen unterdrucket und die Elenden im Lande verderbet

Oid esto, los que tragáis á los menesterosos, y arruináis los pobres de la tierra,

Hear this, O ye that swallow up the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail,

und sprechet: Wann will denn der Neumond ein Ende haben, dafi wir Getreide verkaufen, und der Sabbat, dal L wir Korn feil haben mogen und den Epha ringern und den Sekel steigern und die Waage falschen,

Diciendo: ¿Cuándo pasará el mes, y venderemos el trigo; y la semana, y abriremos los alfolíes del pan, y achicaremos la medida, y engrandeceremos el precio, y falsearemos el peso engañoso;

Saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?

saying, ‘When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell grain? And the Sabbath, that we may market wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel large, and dealing falsely with balances of deceit;

auf dafi wir die Armen urn Geld und die Durftigen urn ein Paar Schuh unter uns bringen und Spreu fur Korn verkaufen?

Para comprar los pobres por dinero, y los necesitados por un par de zapatos, y venderemos las aechaduras del trigo?

That we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes; yea, and sell the refuse of the wheat?

Der HERR hat geschworen wider die Hoffart Jakobs: Was gilt's, ob ich solcher ihrer Werke ewig vergessen werde?

Jehová juró por la gloria de Jacob: No me olvidaré para siempre de todas sus obras.

The LORD hath sworn by the excellency of Jacob, Surely I will never forget any of their works.

Sollte nicht urn solches willen das Land erbeben müssen und alle Einwohner trauern? Ja, es soil ganz, wie mit einem Wasser, uberlaufen werden und weggefuhret und überschwemmet werden, wie mit dem Fluli in Agypten.

¿No se ha de estremecer la tierra sobre esto? ¿y todo habitador de ella no llorará? y subirá toda como un río, y será arrojada, y hundiráse como el río de Egipto.

Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.

Won’t the land tremble for this, and everyone mourn who dwells in it? Yes, it will rise up wholly like the River; and it will be stirred up and sink again, like the River of Egypt.

Zur selbigen Zeit, spricht der Herr HERR, will ich die Sonne im Mittage untergehen lassen und das Land am hellen Tage lassen finster werden.

Y acaecerá en aquel día, dice el Señor Jehová, que haré se ponga el sol al mediodía, y la tierra cubriré de tinieblas en el día claro.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:

Ich will eure Feiertage in Trauern und alle eure Lieder in Wehklagen verwandeln; ich will uber alle Lenden den Sack bringen und alle Kopfe kahl machen und will ihnen ein Trauern schaffen, wie man uber einen einigen Sohn hat, und sollen ein jammerlich Ende nehmen.

Y tornaré vuestras fiestas en lloro, y todos vuestros cantares en endechas; y haré poner saco sobre todos lomos, y peladura sobre toda cabeza; y tornaréla como en llanto de unigénito, y su postrimería como día amargo.

And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.

Siehe, es kommt die Zeit, spricht der Herr HERR, daß ich einen Hunger ins Land schicken werde, nicht einen Hunger nach Brot Oder Durst nach Wasser, sondern nach dem Wort des HERRN zu horen,

He aquí vienen días, dice el Señor Jehová, en los cuales enviaré hambre á la tierra, no hambre de pan, ni sed de agua, sino de oir palabra de Jehová.

Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:

dafi sie hin und her, von einem Meer zum andern, von Mitternacht gegen Morgen umlaufen und des HERRN Wort suchen und doch nicht finden werden.

E irán errantes de mar á mar: desde el norte hasta el oriente discurrirán buscando palabra de Jehová, y no la hallarán.

And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.

Zu der Zeit werden schone Jungfrauen und Junglinge verschmachten vor Durst,

En aquel tiempo las doncellas hermosas y los mancebos desmayarán de sed.

In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.

In that day the beautiful virgins and the young men will faint for thirst.

die jetzt schworen bei dem Fluch Samaria und sprechen: So wahr dein Gott zu Dan lebet, so wahr die Weise zu Berseba lebet! Denn sie sollen also fallen, daß sie nicht wieder aufstehen mogen.

Los que juran por el pecado de Samaria, y dicen, Vive tu Dios de Dan: y, Vive el camino de Beer-seba: caerán, y nunca más se levantarán.

They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner of Beer-sheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up again.

Those who swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, ‘As your god, Dan, lives,’ and, ‘As the way of Beersheba lives,’ they will fall, and never rise up again.”
