Amós 8

Also ließ mich der Herr, Jehova, sehen: Siehe, ein Korb mit reifem Obst.

ASÍ me ha mostrado Jehová: y he aquí un canastillo de fruta de verano.

Thus hath the Lord GOD shewed unto me: and behold a basket of summer fruit.

Und er sprach: Was siehst du, Amos? Und ich sprach: Einen Korb mit reifem Obst. Und Jehova sprach zu mir: Das Ende ist über mein Volk Israel gekommen, ich werde fortan nicht mehr schonend an ihm vorübergehen.

Y dijo: ¿Qué ves, Amós? Y dije: Un canastillo de fruta de verano. Y díjome Jehová: Venido ha el fin sobre mi pueblo Israel; no le pasaré más.

And he said, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, A basket of summer fruit. Then said the LORD unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more.

He said, “Amos, what do you see?” I said, “A basket of summer fruit.” Then the LORD said to me, “The end has come on my people Israel. I will not again pass by them any more.

Und die Gesänge des Palastes werden sich in Geheul verwandeln an jenem Tage, spricht der Herr, Jehova. Leichen in Menge, aller Orten hat er sie hingeworfen... Still!

Y los cantores del templo aullarán en aquel día, dice el Señor Jehová; muchos serán los cuerpos muertos; en todo lugar echados serán en silencio.

And the songs of the temple shall be howlings in that day, saith the Lord GOD: there shall be many dead bodies in every place; they shall cast them forth with silence.

Höret dieses, die ihr nach dem Dürftigen schnaubet und nach der Vernichtung der Sanftmütigen im Lande, und sprechet:

Hear this, O ye that swallow up the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail,

Wann ist der Neumond vorüber, daß wir Getreide verkaufen, und der Sabbath, daß wir die Kornspeicher auftun; um das Epha zu verkleinern und den Sekel zu vergrößern und die Waage des Betrugs zu fälschen;

Diciendo: ¿Cuándo pasará el mes, y venderemos el trigo; y la semana, y abriremos los alfolíes del pan, y achicaremos la medida, y engrandeceremos el precio, y falsearemos el peso engañoso;

Saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?

saying, ‘When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell grain? And the Sabbath, that we may market wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel large, and dealing falsely with balances of deceit;

um die Armen für Geld, und den Dürftigen um ein Paar Schuhe zu kaufen; und damit wir den Abfall des Korns verkaufen?

Para comprar los pobres por dinero, y los necesitados por un par de zapatos, y venderemos las aechaduras del trigo?

That we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes; yea, and sell the refuse of the wheat?

Jehova hat geschworen bei dem Stolze Jakobs: Wenn ich alle ihre Werke vergessen werde ewiglich!

Jehová juró por la gloria de Jacob: No me olvidaré para siempre de todas sus obras.

Sollte das Land darob nicht erbeben, und jeder, der darin wohnt, nicht trauern? Und es wird insgesamt emporsteigen wie der Nil, und aufwogen und zurücksinken wie der Strom Ägyptens.

¿No se ha de estremecer la tierra sobre esto? ¿y todo habitador de ella no llorará? y subirá toda como un río, y será arrojada, y hundiráse como el río de Egipto.

Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.

Won’t the land tremble for this, and everyone mourn who dwells in it? Yes, it will rise up wholly like the River; and it will be stirred up and sink again, like the River of Egypt.

Und es wird geschehen an jenem Tage, spricht der Herr, Jehova, da werde ich die Sonne untergehen lassen am Mittag und Finsternis über die Erde bringen am lichten Tage.

Y acaecerá en aquel día, dice el Señor Jehová, que haré se ponga el sol al mediodía, y la tierra cubriré de tinieblas en el día claro.

And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day:

Und ich werde eure Feste in Trauer verwandeln und alle eure Gesänge in Klagelieder, und werde auf alle Lenden Sacktuch und auf jedes Haupt eine Glatze bringen; und ich werde es machen gleich der Trauer um den Eingeborenen, und das Ende davon wie einen bitteren Tag. -

Y tornaré vuestras fiestas en lloro, y todos vuestros cantares en endechas; y haré poner saco sobre todos lomos, y peladura sobre toda cabeza; y tornaréla como en llanto de unigénito, y su postrimería como día amargo.

And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.

Siehe, Tage kommen, spricht der Herr, Jehova, da werde ich einen Hunger in das Land senden, nicht einen Hunger nach Brot und nicht einen Durst nach Wasser, sondern die Worte Jehovas zu hören.

He aquí vienen días, dice el Señor Jehová, en los cuales enviaré hambre á la tierra, no hambre de pan, ni sed de agua, sino de oir palabra de Jehová.

Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD:

Und sie werden umherschweifen von Meer zu Meer und vom Norden bis zum Osten; sie werden umherlaufen, um das Wort Jehovas zu suchen, und werden es nicht finden.

E irán errantes de mar á mar: desde el norte hasta el oriente discurrirán buscando palabra de Jehová, y no la hallarán.

And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it.

An jenem Tage werden die schönen Jungfrauen und die Jünglinge vor Durst verschmachten,

En aquel tiempo las doncellas hermosas y los mancebos desmayarán de sed.

In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.

die da schwören bei der Schuld Samarias und sprechen: So wahr dein Gott lebt, Dan! und: So wahr der Weg nach Beerseba lebt! Und sie werden fallen und nicht mehr aufstehen.

Los que juran por el pecado de Samaria, y dicen, Vive tu Dios de Dan: y, Vive el camino de Beer-seba: caerán, y nunca más se levantarán.

They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner of Beer-sheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up again.

Those who swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, ‘As your god, Dan, lives,’ and, ‘As the way of Beersheba lives,’ they will fall, and never rise up again.”
