Amós 9

Vi o Senhor que estava sobre o altar, e disse: Fere o topo das colunas, para que se estremeçam os umbrais; despedaça-os sobre as cabeça de todos; e os últimos deles matarei à espada; não haverá entre eles que fuja, nem quem se livre.

VI al Señor que estaba sobre el altar, y dijo: Hiere el umbral, y estremézcanse las puertas: y córtales en piezas la cabeza de todos; y el postrero de ellos mataré á cuchillo: no habrá de ellos quien se fugue, ni quien escape.

I saw the Lord standing upon the altar: and he said, Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.

I saw the Lord standing beside the altar, and he said, “Strike the tops of the pillars, that the thresholds may shake. Break them in pieces on the head of all of them. I will kill the last of them with the sword. Not one of them will flee away. Not one of them will escape.

Ainda que cavassem até o mundo dos mortos, dai minha mão os tomaria; e se subissem até o céu, dali eu os faria descer.

Aunque cavasen hasta el infierno, de allá los tomará mi mano; y si subieren hasta el cielo, de allá los haré descender.

Though they dig into hell, thence shall mine hand take them; though they climb up to heaven, thence will I bring them down:

E se se escondessem no topo do Carmelo, ali eu os buscaria e os tomaria; e ainda que se escondessem de diante de meus olhos no fundo do mar, até ali mandia uma serpente para os morder.

Y si se escondieren en la cumbre del Carmelo, allí los buscaré y los tomaré; y aunque se escondieren de delante de mis ojos en el profundo de la mar, allí mandaré á la culebra, y morderálos.

And though they hide themselves in the top of Carmel, I will search and take them out thence; and though they be hid from my sight in the bottom of the sea, thence will I command the serpent, and he shall bite them:

E se forem levados em cativeiro diante de seus inimigos, ali mandarei a espada que os matará; e porei meus olhos sobre eles para o mal, e não para o bem.

Y si fueren en cautiverio, delante de sus enemigos, allí mandaré al cuchillo, y los matará; y pondré sobre ellos mis ojos para mal, y no para bien.

And though they go into captivity before their enemies, thence will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set mine eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.

Pois o Senhor DEUS dos exércitos é o que toca a terra, e ela se derrete, e choram todos os que nela moram; ela toda subirá como um rio, e se afundará como o rio do Egito.

El Señor Jehová de los ejércitos es el que toca la tierra, y se derretirá, y llorarán todos los que en ella moran: y subirá toda como un río, y hundiráse luego como el río de Egipto.

And the Lord GOD of hosts is he that toucheth the land, and it shall melt, and all that dwell therein shall mourn: and it shall rise up wholly like a flood; and shall be drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.

For the Lord, the GOD of Armies, is he who touches the land and it melts, and all who dwell in it will mourn; and it will rise up wholly like the River, and will sink again, like the River of Egypt.

Ele edificou suas câmaras no céu, e fundou seu alicerce sobre a terra; ele chama as águas do mar e as derrama sobre a terra. EU-SOU é o seu nome.

El edificó en el cielo sus gradas, y ha establecido su expansión sobre la tierra: él llama las aguas de la mar, y sobre la haz de la tierra las derrama: Jehová es su nombre.

It is he that buildeth his stories in the heaven, and hath founded his troop in the earth; he that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name.

It is he who builds his rooms in the heavens, and has founded his vault on the earth; he who calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out on the surface of the earth—the LORD is his name.

Vós, filhos de Israel, por acaso não sois para mim como os filhos de Etíopes? Diz o SENHOR. Por acaso eu não fiz subir a Israel desde a terra do Egito, assim como os filisteus desde Caftor, e os sírios desde Quir?

Hijos de Israel, ¿no me sois vosotros, dice Jehová, como hijos de Etiopes? ¿no hice yo subir á Israel de la tierra de Egipto, y á los Palestinos de Caphtor, y de Chîr á los Arameos?

Are ye not as children of the Ethiopians unto me, O children of Israel? saith the LORD. Have not I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt? and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?

Are you not like the children of the Ethiopians to me, children of Israel?” says the LORD. “Haven’t I brought up Israel out of the land of Egypt, and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?

Eis que os olhos do Senhor DEUS estão contra este reino pecador, e eu o exterminarei da face da terra; mas não exterminarei por completo a casa de Jacó, diz o SENHOR.

He aquí los ojos del Señor Jehová están contra el reino pecador, y yo lo asolaré de la haz de la tierra: mas no destruiré del todo la casa de Jacob, dice Jehová.

Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are upon the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the face of the earth; saving that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob, saith the LORD.

Behold, the eyes of the Lord GOD are on the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from off the surface of the earth, except that I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob,” says the LORD.

Porque eis que dou ordem para que a casa de Israel seja cirandada entre todas as nações, assim como o grão é cirandado na peneira, e nenhum grão cairá na terra.

Porque he aquí yo mandaré, y haré que la casa de Israel sea zarandeada entre todas las gentes, como se zarandea el grano en un harnero, y no cae un granito en la tierra.

For, lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all nations, like as corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth.

“For behold, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among all the nations as grain is sifted in a sieve, yet not the least kernel will fall on the earth.

Morrerão à espada todos os pecadores de meu povo, que dizem: O mal não chegará a nós, nem nos encontrará.

A cuchillo morirán todos los pecadores de mi pueblo, que dicen: No se acercará, ni nos alcanzará el mal.

All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.

All the sinners of my people will die by the sword, who say, ‘Evil won’t overtake nor meet us.’

Naquele dia voltarei a levantar a caída tenda de Davi; fecharei seus brechas, repararei suas ruínas, e a reconstruirei como nos dias antigos,

En aquel día yo levantaré el tabernáculo de David, caído, y cerraré sus portillos, y levantaré sus ruinas, y edificarélo como en el tiempo pasado;

In that day will I raise up the tabernacle of David that is fallen, and close up the breaches thereof; and I will raise up his ruins, and I will build it as in the days of old:

Para que tomem posse do restante de Edom, e todas as nações que se chamam pelo meu nome, diz o SENHOR, que faz isto.

Para que aquellos sobre los cuales es llamado mi nombre, posean el resto de Idumea, y á todas las naciones, dice Jehová que hace esto.

That they may possess the remnant of Edom, and of all the heathen, which are called by my name, saith the LORD that doeth this.

that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations who are called by my name,” says the LORD who does this.

Eis que vêm dias, diz o SENHOR, em que o que ara alcançará ao que colhe, e o que pisa as uvas ao que leva a semente; e os montes destilarão suco de uva, e todos os morros se derreterão.

He aquí vienen días, dice Jehová, en que el que ara alcanzará al segador, y el pisador de las uvas al que lleva la simiente; y los montes destilarán mosto, y todos los collados se derretirán.

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.

“Behold, the days come,” says the LORD, “that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the one treading grapes him who sows seed; and sweet wine will drip from the mountains, and flow from the hills.

E restaurarei meu povo Isarael de seu infortúnio; então reconstruirão as cidades assoladas, e nelas habitarão; e plantarão vinhas, e beberão o vinho delas; e farão jardins, e comerão o fruto deles.

Y tornaré el cautiverio de mi pueblo Israel, y edificarán ellos las ciudades asoladas, y las habitarán; y plantarán viñas, y beberán el vino de ellas; y harán huertos, y comerán el fruto de ellos.

And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.

I will bring my people Israel back from captivity, and they will rebuild the ruined cities, and inhabit them; and they will plant vineyards, and drink wine from them. They shall also make gardens, and eat their fruit.

Pois eu os plantarei em sua terra, e nunca mais serão arrancados de sua terra, que eu lhes dei, diz o SENHOR, teu Deus.

Pues los plantaré sobre su tierra, y nunca más serán arrancados de su tierra que yo les dí, ha dicho Jehová Dios tuyo.

And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.

I will plant them on their land, and they will no more be plucked up out of their land which I have given them,” says the LORD your God.
