Seht zu, dass nicht jemand sei, der euch als Beute wegführe durch die Philosophie und durch eitlen Betrug, nach der Überlieferung der Menschen, nach den Elementen der Welt, und nicht nach Christus.

Mirad que ninguno os engañe por filosofías y vanas sutilezas, según las tradiciones de los hombres, conforme á los elementos del mundo, y no según Cristo:

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
