Colosenses 2

PERCIOCCHÈ io voglio che sappiate quanto gran combattimento io ho per voi, e per quelli che sono in Laodicea, e per tutti quelli che non hanno veduta la mia faccia in carne.

PORQUE quiero que sepáis cuán gran solicitud tengo por vosotros, y por los que están en Laodicea, y por todos los que nunca vieron mi rostro en carne;

For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

For I desire to have you know how greatly I struggle for you and for those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

Acciocchè i lor cuori sieno consolati, essendo eglino congiunti in carità, ed in tutte le ricchezze del pieno accertamento dell'intelligenza, alla conoscenza del misterio di Dio e Padre, e di Cristo. In cui son nascosti tutti i tesori della sapienza,

Para que sean confortados sus corazones, unidos en amor, y en todas riquezas de cumplido entendimiento para conocer el misterio de Dios, y del Padre, y de Cristo;

That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

that their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love, and gaining all riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ,

e della conoscenza.

En el cual están escondidos todos los tesoros de sabiduría y conocimiento.

In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Or questo dico, acciocchè niuno v'inganni per parlare acconcio a persuadere.

Y esto digo, para que nadie os engañe con palabras persuasivas.

And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

Now I say this that no one may delude you with persuasiveness of speech.

Perciocchè, benchè di carne io sia assente, pur son con voi di spirito, rallegrandomi, e veggendo il vostro ordine, e la fermezza della vostra fede in Cristo.

Porque aunque estoy ausente con el cuerpo, no obstante con el espíritu estoy con vosotros, gozándome y mirando vuestro concierto, y la firmeza de vuestra fe en Cristo.

For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in the spirit, rejoicing and seeing your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.

Come dunque voi avete ricevuto il Signor Cristo Gesù, così camminate in esso,

Por tanto, de la manera que habéis recibido al Señor Jesucristo, andad en él:

As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

As therefore you received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in him,

essendo radicati, ed edificati in lui, e confermati nella fede; siccome siete stati insegnati, abbondando in essa con ringraziamento.

Arraigados y sobreedificados en él, y confirmados en la fe, así como habéis aprendido, creciendo en ella con hacimiento de gracias.

Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

Guardate che non vi sia alcuno che vi tragga in preda per la filosofia, e vano inganno, secondo la tradizione degli uomini, secondo gli elementi del mondo, e non secondo Cristo.

Mirad que ninguno os engañe por filosofías y vanas sutilezas, según las tradiciones de los hombres, conforme á los elementos del mundo, y no según Cristo:

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Be careful that you don’t let anyone rob you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elemental spirits of the world, and not after Christ.

Poichè in lui abita corporalmente tutta la pienezza della Deità.

Porque en él habita toda la plenitud de la divinidad corporalmente:

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily,

E voi siete ripieni in lui, che è il capo d'ogni principato, e podestà.

Y en él estáis cumplidos, el cual es la cabeza de todo principado y potestad:

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power.

Nel quale ancora siete stati circoncisi d'una circoncisione fatta senza mano, nello spogliamento del corpo de' peccati della carne, nella circoncisione di Cristo.

En el cual también sois circuncidados de circuncisión no hecha con manos, con el despojamiento del cuerpo de los pecados de la carne, en la circuncisión de Cristo;

In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ,

Essendo stati con lui seppelliti nel battesimo; in cui ancora siete insieme risuscitati, per la fede della virtù di Dio, che ha risuscitato lui da' morti.

Sepultados juntamente con él en el bautismo, en el cual también resucitasteis con él, por la fe de la operación de Dios que le levantó de los muertos.

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Ed ha con lui vivificati voi, che eravate morti ne' peccati, e nell'incirconcisione della vostra carne; avendovi perdonati tutti i peccati;

Y á vosotros, estando muertos en pecados y en la incircuncisión de vuestra carne, os vivificó juntamente con él, perdonándoos todos los pecados,

And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

avendo cancellata l'obbligazione che era contro a noi negli ordinamenti, la quale ci era contraria; e quella ha tolta via, avendola confitta nella croce.

Rayendo la cédula de los ritos que nos era contraria, que era contra nosotros, quitándola de en medio y enclavándola en la cruz;

Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Ed avendo spogliate le podestà, e i principati, li ha pubblicamente menati in ispettacolo, trionfando d'essi in esso.

Y despojando los principados y las potestades, sacólos á la vergüenza en público, triunfando de ellos en sí mismo.

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Niuno adunque vi giudichi in mangiare, od in bere, o per rispetto di festa, o di calendi, o di sabati.

Por tanto, nadie os juzgue en comida, ó en bebida, ó en parte de día de fiesta, ó de nueva luna, ó de sábados:

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Let no one therefore judge you in eating or drinking, or with respect to a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath day,

Le quali cose son ombra di quelle che dovevano avvenire; ma il corpo è di Cristo.

Lo cual es la sombra de lo por venir; mas el cuerpo es de Cristo.

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Niuno vi condanni a suo arbitrio, in umiltà, e servigio degli angeli, ponendo il piè nelle cose che non ha vedute, essendo temerariamente gonfio dalla mente della sua carne.

Nadie os prive de vuestro premio, afectando humildad y culto á los ángeles, metiéndose en lo que no ha visto, vanamente hinchado en el sentido de su propia carne,

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Let no one rob you of your prize by self-abasement and worshiping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

E non attenendosi al Capo, dal quale tutto il corpo, fornito, e ben commesso insieme per le giunture, ed i legami, prende l'accrescimento di Dio.

Y no teniendo la cabeza, de la cual todo el cuerpo, alimentado y conjunto por las ligaduras y conjunturas, crece en aumento de Dios.

And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

and not holding firmly to the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and ligaments, grows with God’s growth.

Se dunque, essendo morti con Cristo, siete sciolti dagli elementi del mondo, perchè, come se viveste nel mondo, vi s'impongono ordinamenti?

Pues si sois muertos con Cristo cuanto á los rudimentos del mundo, ¿por qué como si vivieseis al mundo, os sometéis á ordenanzas,

Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

If you died with Christ from the elemental spirits of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to ordinances,

Non toccare, non assaggiare, non maneggiare

Tales como, No manejes, ni gustes, ni aun toques,

(Touch not; taste not; handle not;

“Don’t handle, nor taste, nor touch”

(le quali cose tutte periscono per l'uso), secondo i comandamenti, e le dottrine degli uomini?

(Las cuales cosas son todas para destrucción en el uso mismo), en conformidad á mandamientos y doctrinas de hombres?

Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

(all of which perish with use), according to the precepts and doctrines of men?

Le quali cose hanno bene alcuna apparenza di sapienza, in religion volontaria, ed in umiltà, e in non risparmiare il corpo in ciò che è per satollar la carne; non in onore alcuno.

Tales cosas tienen á la verdad cierta reputación de sabiduría en culto voluntario, y humildad, y en duro trato del cuerpo; no en alguna honra para el saciar de la carne.

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

These things indeed appear like wisdom in self-imposed worship, humility, and severity to the body, but aren’t of any value against the indulgence of the flesh.
