Colosenses 2

Or je veux que vous sachiez combien est grand le combat que j’ai pour vous, et pour ceux qui sont à Laodicée, et pour tous ceux qui n’ont point vu ma présence en la chair ;

PORQUE quiero que sepáis cuán gran solicitud tengo por vosotros, y por los que están en Laodicea, y por todos los que nunca vieron mi rostro en carne;

For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

For I desire to have you know how greatly I struggle for you and for those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

Afin que leurs coeurs soient consolés, étant unis ensemble dans la charité, et dans toutes les richesses d’une pleine certitude d’intelligence, pour la connaissance du mystère de notre Dieu et Père, et de Christ.

Para que sean confortados sus corazones, unidos en amor, y en todas riquezas de cumplido entendimiento para conocer el misterio de Dios, y del Padre, y de Cristo;

That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

that their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love, and gaining all riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ,

En qui se trouvent tous les trésors de sagesse et de science.

En el cual están escondidos todos los tesoros de sabiduría y conocimiento.

In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Or je dis ceci afin que personne ne vous trompe par des discours séduisants.

Y esto digo, para que nadie os engañe con palabras persuasivas.

And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

Now I say this that no one may delude you with persuasiveness of speech.

Car quoique je sois absent de corps, toutefois je suis avec vous en esprit, me réjouissant, et voyant votre ordre et la fermeté de votre foi, que vous avez en Christ.

Porque aunque estoy ausente con el cuerpo, no obstante con el espíritu estoy con vosotros, gozándome y mirando vuestro concierto, y la firmeza de vuestra fe en Cristo.

For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

Ainsi donc que vous avez reçu le Seigneur Jésus-Christ, marchez en lui ;

Etant enracinés et édifiés en lui, et fortifiés en la foi, selon que vous avez été enseignés, abondant en elle avec action de grâces.

Arraigados y sobreedificados en él, y confirmados en la fe, así como habéis aprendido, creciendo en ella con hacimiento de gracias.

Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

Prenez garde que personne ne vous gagne par la philosophie, et par de vains raisonnements conformes à la tradition des hommes et aux éléments du monde et non point à la doctrine de Christ.

Mirad que ninguno os engañe por filosofías y vanas sutilezas, según las tradiciones de los hombres, conforme á los elementos del mundo, y no según Cristo:

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Be careful that you don’t let anyone rob you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elemental spirits of the world, and not after Christ.

Car toute la plénitude de la Divinité habite en lui corporellement.

Porque en él habita toda la plenitud de la divinidad corporalmente:

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily,

Et vous êtes rendus accomplis en lui ; qui est le Chef de toute principauté et puissance ;

Y en él estáis cumplidos, el cual es la cabeza de todo principado y potestad:

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power.

En qui aussi vous êtes circoncis d’une Circoncision faite sans main, qui consiste à dépouiller le corps des péchés de la chair, ce qui est la Circoncision de Christ ;

En el cual también sois circuncidados de circuncisión no hecha con manos, con el despojamiento del cuerpo de los pecados de la carne, en la circuncisión de Cristo;

In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ,

Etant ensevelis avec lui par le Baptême ; en qui aussi vous êtes ensemble ressuscités par la foi de l’efficace de Dieu, qui l’a ressuscité des morts.

Sepultados juntamente con él en el bautismo, en el cual también resucitasteis con él, por la fe de la operación de Dios que le levantó de los muertos.

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Et lorsque vous étiez morts dans vos offenses, et dans le prépuce de votre chair, il vous a vivifiés ensemble avec lui, vous ayant gratuitement pardonné toutes vos offenses.

Y á vosotros, estando muertos en pecados y en la incircuncisión de vuestra carne, os vivificó juntamente con él, perdonándoos todos los pecados,

And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

En ayant effacé l’obligation qui était contre nous, laquelle consistait en des ordonnances, et nous était contraire, et laquelle il a entièrement abolie, l’ayant attachée à la croix.

Rayendo la cédula de los ritos que nos era contraria, que era contra nosotros, quitándola de en medio y enclavándola en la cruz;

Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Ayant dépouillé les principautés et les puissances, qu’il a produites en public triomphant d’elles en la croix.

Y despojando los principados y las potestades, sacólos á la vergüenza en público, triunfando de ellos en sí mismo.

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Que personne donc ne vous condamne pour le manger ou pour le boire, ou pour la distinction d’un jour de Fête, ou pour un jour de nouvelle lune, ou pour les sabbats.

Por tanto, nadie os juzgue en comida, ó en bebida, ó en parte de día de fiesta, ó de nueva luna, ó de sábados:

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Let no one therefore judge you in eating or drinking, or with respect to a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath day,

Lesquelles choses sont l’ombre de celles qui étaient à venir, mais le corps en est en Christ.

Lo cual es la sombra de lo por venir; mas el cuerpo es de Cristo.

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Que personne ne vous maîtrise à son plaisir par humilité d’esprit, et par le service des Anges, s’ingérant dans des choses qu’il n’a point vues, étant témérairement enflé du sens de sa chair.

Nadie os prive de vuestro premio, afectando humildad y culto á los ángeles, metiéndose en lo que no ha visto, vanamente hinchado en el sentido de su propia carne,

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Let no one rob you of your prize by self-abasement and worshiping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Et ne retenant point le Chef, duquel tout le Corps étant fourni et ajusté ensemble par les jointures et les liaisons, croît d’un accroissement de Dieu.

Y no teniendo la cabeza, de la cual todo el cuerpo, alimentado y conjunto por las ligaduras y conjunturas, crece en aumento de Dios.

And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

and not holding firmly to the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and ligaments, grows with God’s growth.

Si donc vous êtes morts avec Christ, quant aux rudiments du monde, pourquoi vous charge-t-on d’ordonnances, comme si vous viviez au monde ?

Pues si sois muertos con Cristo cuanto á los rudimentos del mundo, ¿por qué como si vivieseis al mundo, os sometéis á ordenanzas,

Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

If you died with Christ from the elemental spirits of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to ordinances,

Savoir, Ne mange, Ne goûte, Ne touche point.

Tales como, No manejes, ni gustes, ni aun toques,

(Touch not; taste not; handle not;

“Don’t handle, nor taste, nor touch”

Qui sont toutes choses périssables par l’usage, et établies suivant les commandements et les doctrines des hommes.

(Las cuales cosas son todas para destrucción en el uso mismo), en conformidad á mandamientos y doctrinas de hombres?

Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

(all of which perish with use), according to the precepts and doctrines of men?

Et qui ont pourtant quelque apparence de sagesse en dévotion volontaire, et en humilité d’esprit, et en ce qu’elles n’épargnent nullement le corps, et n’ont aucun égard au rassasiement de la chair.

Tales cosas tienen á la verdad cierta reputación de sabiduría en culto voluntario, y humildad, y en duro trato del cuerpo; no en alguna honra para el saciar de la carne.

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

These things indeed appear like wisdom in self-imposed worship, humility, and severity to the body, but aren’t of any value against the indulgence of the flesh.
