Colosenses 2

Denn ich will, daß ihr wisset, welch großen Kampf ich habe um euch und die in Laodicäa und so viele mein Angesicht im Fleische nicht gesehen haben,

PORQUE quiero que sepáis cuán gran solicitud tengo por vosotros, y por los que están en Laodicea, y por todos los que nunca vieron mi rostro en carne;

For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

For I desire to have you know how greatly I struggle for you and for those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

auf daß ihre Herzen getröstet sein mögen, vereinigt in Liebe und zu allem Reichtum der vollen Gewißheit des Verständnisses, zur Erkenntnis des Geheimnisses Gottes,

Para que sean confortados sus corazones, unidos en amor, y en todas riquezas de cumplido entendimiento para conocer el misterio de Dios, y del Padre, y de Cristo;

That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

that their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love, and gaining all riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ,

in welchem verborgen sind alle Schätze der Weisheit und der Erkenntnis.

En el cual están escondidos todos los tesoros de sabiduría y conocimiento.

In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Dies sage ich aber, auf daß niemand euch verführe durch überredende Worte.

Y esto digo, para que nadie os engañe con palabras persuasivas.

And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

Denn wenn ich auch dem Fleische nach abwesend bin, so bin ich doch im Geiste bei euch, mich freuend und sehend eure Ordnung und die Festigkeit eures Glaubens an Christum.

Porque aunque estoy ausente con el cuerpo, no obstante con el espíritu estoy con vosotros, gozándome y mirando vuestro concierto, y la firmeza de vuestra fe en Cristo.

For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

Wie ihr nun den Christus Jesus, den Herrn, empfangen habt, so wandelt in ihm,

gewurzelt und auferbaut in ihm und befestigt in dem Glauben, so wie ihr gelehrt worden seid, überströmend in demselben mit Danksagung.

Arraigados y sobreedificados en él, y confirmados en la fe, así como habéis aprendido, creciendo en ella con hacimiento de gracias.

Sehet zu, daß nicht jemand sei, der euch als Beute wegführe durch die Philosophie und durch eitlen Betrug, nach der Überlieferung der Menschen, nach den Elementen der Welt, und nicht nach Christo.

Mirad que ninguno os engañe por filosofías y vanas sutilezas, según las tradiciones de los hombres, conforme á los elementos del mundo, y no según Cristo:

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Be careful that you don’t let anyone rob you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elemental spirits of the world, and not after Christ.

Denn in ihm wohnt die ganze Fülle der Gottheit leibhaftig;

Porque en él habita toda la plenitud de la divinidad corporalmente:

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily,

und ihr seid vollendet in ihm, welcher das Haupt jedes Fürstentums und jeder Gewalt ist;

in welchem ihr auch beschnitten worden seid mit einer nicht mit Händen geschehenen Beschneidung, in dem Ausziehen des Leibes des Fleisches,

En el cual también sois circuncidados de circuncisión no hecha con manos, con el despojamiento del cuerpo de los pecados de la carne, en la circuncisión de Cristo;

In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ,

in der Beschneidung des Christus, mit ihm begraben in der Taufe, in welcher ihr auch mitauferweckt worden seid durch den Glauben an die wirksame Kraft Gottes, der ihn aus den Toten auferweckt hat.

Sepultados juntamente con él en el bautismo, en el cual también resucitasteis con él, por la fe de la operación de Dios que le levantó de los muertos.

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

Und euch, als ihr tot waret in den Vergehungen und in der Vorhaut eures Fleisches, hat er mitlebendig gemacht mit ihm, indem er uns alle Vergehungen vergeben hat;

Y á vosotros, estando muertos en pecados y en la incircuncisión de vuestra carne, os vivificó juntamente con él, perdonándoos todos los pecados,

And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

als er ausgetilgt die uns entgegenstehende Handschrift in Satzungen, die wider uns war, hat er sie auch aus der Mitte weggenommen, indem er sie an das Kreuz nagelte;

Rayendo la cédula de los ritos que nos era contraria, que era contra nosotros, quitándola de en medio y enclavándola en la cruz;

als er die Fürstentümer und die Gewalten ausgezogen hatte, stellte er sie öffentlich zur Schau, indem er durch dasselbe über sie einen Triumph hielt.

So richte euch nun niemand über Speise oder Trank, oder in Ansehung eines Festes oder Neumondes oder von Sabbathen,

Por tanto, nadie os juzgue en comida, ó en bebida, ó en parte de día de fiesta, ó de nueva luna, ó de sábados:

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Let no one therefore judge you in eating or drinking, or with respect to a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath day,

die ein Schatten der zukünftigen Dinge sind, der Körper aber ist Christi.

Lo cual es la sombra de lo por venir; mas el cuerpo es de Cristo.

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Laßt niemand euch um den Kampfpreis bringen, der seinen eigenen Willen tut in Demut und Anbetung der Engel, indem er auf Dinge eingeht, die er nicht gesehen hat, eitler Weise aufgeblasen von dem Sinne seines Fleisches,

Nadie os prive de vuestro premio, afectando humildad y culto á los ángeles, metiéndose en lo que no ha visto, vanamente hinchado en el sentido de su propia carne,

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Let no one rob you of your prize by self-abasement and worshiping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

und nicht festhaltend das Haupt, aus welchem der ganze Leib, durch die Gelenke und Bande Darreichung empfangend und zusammengefügt, das Wachstum Gottes wächst.

Y no teniendo la cabeza, de la cual todo el cuerpo, alimentado y conjunto por las ligaduras y conjunturas, crece en aumento de Dios.

And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

and not holding firmly to the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and ligaments, grows with God’s growth.

Wenn ihr mit Christo den Elementen der Welt gestorben seid, was unterwerfet ihr euch Satzungen, als lebtet ihr noch in der Welt?

Pues si sois muertos con Cristo cuanto á los rudimentos del mundo, ¿por qué como si vivieseis al mundo, os sometéis á ordenanzas,

Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

If you died with Christ from the elemental spirits of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to ordinances,

Berühre nicht, koste nicht, betaste nicht!

Tales como, No manejes, ni gustes, ni aun toques,

(Touch not; taste not; handle not;

“Don’t handle, nor taste, nor touch”

(Dinge, welche alle zur Zerstörung durch den Gebrauch bestimmt sind) nach den Geboten und Lehren der Menschen

(Las cuales cosas son todas para destrucción en el uso mismo), en conformidad á mandamientos y doctrinas de hombres?

Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

(all of which perish with use), according to the precepts and doctrines of men?

(welche zwar einen Schein von Weisheit haben, in eigenwilligem Gottesdienst und in Demut und im Nichtverschonen des Leibes, und nicht in einer gewissen Ehre), zur Befriedigung des Fleisches.

Tales cosas tienen á la verdad cierta reputación de sabiduría en culto voluntario, y humildad, y en duro trato del cuerpo; no en alguna honra para el saciar de la carne.

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

These things indeed appear like wisdom in self-imposed worship, humility, and severity to the body, but aren’t of any value against the indulgence of the flesh.
