Colosenses 2

Poiché desidero che sappiate qual arduo combattimento io sostengo per voi e per quelli di Laodicea e per tutti quelli che non hanno veduto la mia faccia;

PORQUE quiero que sepáis cuán gran solicitud tengo por vosotros, y por los que están en Laodicea, y por todos los que nunca vieron mi rostro en carne;

For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

For I desire to have you know how greatly I struggle for you and for those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

affinché siano confortati nei loro cuori essendo stretti insieme dall’amore, mirando a tutte le ricchezze della piena certezza dell’intelligenza, per giungere alla completa conoscenza del mistero di Dio:

Para que sean confortados sus corazones, unidos en amor, y en todas riquezas de cumplido entendimiento para conocer el misterio de Dios, y del Padre, y de Cristo;

That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

that their hearts may be comforted, they being knit together in love, and gaining all riches of the full assurance of understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ,

cioè di Cristo, nel quale tutti i tesori della sapienza e della conoscenza sono nascosti.

En el cual están escondidos todos los tesoros de sabiduría y conocimiento.

In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden.

Questo io dico affinché nessuno v’inganni con parole seducenti,

Y esto digo, para que nadie os engañe con palabras persuasivas.

And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.

Now I say this that no one may delude you with persuasiveness of speech.

perché, sebbene sia assente di persona, pure son con voi in ispirito, rallegrandomi e mirando il vostro ordine e la fermezza della vostra fede in Cristo.

Porque aunque estoy ausente con el cuerpo, no obstante con el espíritu estoy con vosotros, gozándome y mirando vuestro concierto, y la firmeza de vuestra fe en Cristo.

For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ.

For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in the spirit, rejoicing and seeing your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.

Come dunque avete ricevuto Cristo Gesù il Signore, così camminate uniti a lui,

Por tanto, de la manera que habéis recibido al Señor Jesucristo, andad en él:

As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him:

As therefore you received Christ Jesus the Lord, walk in him,

essendo radicati ed edificati in lui e confermati nella fede, come v’è stato insegnato, e abbondando in azioni di grazie.

Arraigados y sobreedificados en él, y confirmados en la fe, así como habéis aprendido, creciendo en ella con hacimiento de gracias.

Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

Guardate che non vi sia alcuno che faccia di voi sua preda con la filosofia e con vanità ingannatrice secondo la tradizione degli uomini, gli elementi del mondo, e non secondo Cristo;

Mirad que ninguno os engañe por filosofías y vanas sutilezas, según las tradiciones de los hombres, conforme á los elementos del mundo, y no según Cristo:

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Be careful that you don’t let anyone rob you through his philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the elemental spirits of the world, and not after Christ.

poiché in lui abita corporalmente tutta la pienezza della Deità,

Porque en él habita toda la plenitud de la divinidad corporalmente:

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

For in him all the fullness of the Deity dwells bodily,

e in lui voi avete tutto pienamente. Egli è il capo d’ogni principato e d’ogni potestà;

Y en él estáis cumplidos, el cual es la cabeza de todo principado y potestad:

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power.

in lui voi siete anche stati circoncisi d’una circoncisione non fatta da mano d’uomo, ma della circoncisione di Cristo, che consiste nello spogliamento del corpo della carne:

En el cual también sois circuncidados de circuncisión no hecha con manos, con el despojamiento del cuerpo de los pecados de la carne, en la circuncisión de Cristo;

In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:

In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ,

essendo stati con lui sepolti nel battesimo, nel quale siete anche stati risuscitati con lui mediante la fede nella potenza di Dio che ha risuscitato lui dai morti.

Sepultados juntamente con él en el bautismo, en el cual también resucitasteis con él, por la fe de la operación de Dios que le levantó de los muertos.

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

E voi, che eravate morti ne’ falli e nella incirconcisione della vostra carne, voi, dico, Egli ha vivificati con lui, avendoci perdonato tutti i falli,

Y á vosotros, estando muertos en pecados y en la incircuncisión de vuestra carne, os vivificó juntamente con él, perdonándoos todos los pecados,

And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;

You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

avendo cancellato l’atto accusatore scritto in precetti, il quale ci era contrario; e quell’atto ha tolto di mezzo, inchiodandolo sulla croce;

Rayendo la cédula de los ritos que nos era contraria, que era contra nosotros, quitándola de en medio y enclavándola en la cruz;

Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

wiping out the handwriting in ordinances which was against us. He has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross.

e avendo spogliato i principati e le potestà ne ha fatto un pubblico spettacolo, trionfando su di loro per mezzo della croce.

Y despojando los principados y las potestades, sacólos á la vergüenza en público, triunfando de ellos en sí mismo.

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Nessuno dunque vi giudichi quanto al mangiare o al bere, o rispetto a feste, o a noviluni o a sabati,

Por tanto, nadie os juzgue en comida, ó en bebida, ó en parte de día de fiesta, ó de nueva luna, ó de sábados:

Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:

Let no one therefore judge you in eating or drinking, or with respect to a feast day or a new moon or a Sabbath day,

che sono l’ombra di cose che doveano avvenire; ma il corpo è di Cristo.

Lo cual es la sombra de lo por venir; mas el cuerpo es de Cristo.

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Nessuno a suo talento vi defraudi del vostro premio per via d’umiltà e di culto degli angeli affidandosi alle proprie visioni, gonfiato di vanità dalla sua mente carnale,

Nadie os prive de vuestro premio, afectando humildad y culto á los ángeles, metiéndose en lo que no ha visto, vanamente hinchado en el sentido de su propia carne,

Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Let no one rob you of your prize by self-abasement and worshiping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

e non attenendosi al Capo, dal quale tutto il corpo, ben fornito e congiunto insieme per via delle giunture e articolazioni, prende l’accrescimento che viene da Dio.

Y no teniendo la cabeza, de la cual todo el cuerpo, alimentado y conjunto por las ligaduras y conjunturas, crece en aumento de Dios.

And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

and not holding firmly to the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and ligaments, grows with God’s growth.

Se siete morti con Cristo agli elementi del mondo, perché, come se viveste nel mondo, vi lasciate imporre de’ precetti, quali:

Pues si sois muertos con Cristo cuanto á los rudimentos del mundo, ¿por qué como si vivieseis al mundo, os sometéis á ordenanzas,

Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,

If you died with Christ from the elemental spirits of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to ordinances,

Non toccare, non assaggiare, non maneggiare

Tales como, No manejes, ni gustes, ni aun toques,

(Touch not; taste not; handle not;

“Don’t handle, nor taste, nor touch”

(cose tutte destinate a perire con l’uso), secondo i comandamenti e le dottrine degli uomini?

(Las cuales cosas son todas para destrucción en el uso mismo), en conformidad á mandamientos y doctrinas de hombres?

Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?

(all of which perish with use), according to the precepts and doctrines of men?

Quelle cose hanno, è vero, riputazione di sapienza per quel tanto che è in esse di culto volontario, di umiltà, e di austerità nel trattare il corpo; ma non hanno alcun valore e servon solo a soddisfare la carne.

Tales cosas tienen á la verdad cierta reputación de sabiduría en culto voluntario, y humildad, y en duro trato del cuerpo; no en alguna honra para el saciar de la carne.

Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

These things indeed appear like wisdom in self-imposed worship, humility, and severity to the body, but aren’t of any value against the indulgence of the flesh.
