1Maîtres, accordez à vos serviteurs ce qui est juste et équitable, sachant que vous aussi vous avez un maître dans le ciel.
2Persévérez dans la prière, veillez-y avec actions de grâces.
3Priez en même temps pour nous, afin que Dieu nous ouvre une porte pour la parole, en sorte que je puisse annoncer le mystère de Christ, pour lequel je suis dans les chaînes,
4et le faire connaître comme je dois en parler.
5Conduisez-vous avec sagesse envers ceux du dehors, et rachetez le temps.
6Que votre parole soit toujours accompagnée de grâce, assaisonnée de sel, afin que vous sachiez comment il faut répondre à chacun.
7Tychique, le bien-aimé frère et le fidèle ministre, mon compagnon de service dans le Seigneur, vous communiquera tout ce qui me concerne.
8Je l’envoie exprès vers vous, pour que vous connaissiez notre situation, et pour qu’il console vos cœurs.
9Je l’envoie avec Onésime, le fidèle et bien-aimé frère, qui est des vôtres. Ils vous informeront de tout ce qui se passe ici.
10Aristarque, mon compagnon de captivité, vous salue, ainsi que Marc, le cousin de Barnabas, au sujet duquel vous avez reçu des ordres (s’il va chez vous, accueillez-le);
11Jésus, appelé Justus, vous salue aussi. Ils sont du nombre des circoncis, et les seuls qui aient travaillé avec moi pour le royaume de Dieu, et qui aient été pour moi une consolation.
12Épaphras, qui est des vôtres, vous salue: serviteur de Jésus-Christ, il ne cesse de combattre pour vous dans ses prières, afin que, parfaits et pleinement persuadés, vous persistiez dans une entière soumission à la volonté de Dieu.
13Car je lui rends le témoignage qu’il a une grande sollicitude pour vous, pour ceux de Laodicée, et pour ceux d’Hiérapolis.
14Luc, le médecin bien-aimé, vous salue, ainsi que Démas.
15Saluez les frères qui sont à Laodicée, et Nymphas, et l’Église qui est dans sa maison.
16Lorsque cette lettre aura été lue chez vous, faites en sorte qu’elle soit aussi lue dans l’Église des Laodicéens, et que vous lisiez à votre tour celle qui vous arrivera de Laodicée.
17Et dites à Archippe: Prends garde au ministère que tu as reçu dans le Seigneur, afin de le bien remplir.
18Je vous salue, moi Paul, de ma propre main. Souvenez-vous de mes liens. Que la grâce soit avec vous!

1AMOS, haced lo que es justo y derecho con vuestros siervos, sabiendo que también vosotros tenéis amo en los cielos.
2Perseverad en oración, velando en ella con hacimiento de gracias:
3Orando también juntamente por nosotros, que el Señor nos abra la puerta de la palabra, para hablar el misterio de Cristo, por el cual aun estoy preso,
4Para que lo manifieste como me conviene hablar.
5Andad en sabiduría para con los extraños, redimiendo el tiempo.
6Sea vuestra palabra siempre con gracia, sazonada con sal; para que sepáis cómo os conviene responder á cada uno.
7Todos mis negocios os hará saber Tichîco, hermano amado y fiel ministro y consiervo en el Señor:
8El cual os he enviado á esto mismo, para que entienda vuestros negocios, y consuele vuestros corazones;
9Con Onésimo, amado y fiel hermano, el cual es de vosotros. Todo lo que acá pasa, os harán saber.
10Aristarchô, mi compañero en la prisión, os saluda, y Marcos, el sobrino de Bernabé (acerca del cual habéis recibido mandamientos; si fuere á vosotros, recibidle),
11Y Jesús, el que se llama Justo; los cuales son de la circuncisión: éstos solos son los que me ayudan en el reino de Dios, y me han sido consuelo.
12Os saluda Epafras, el cual es de vosotros, siervo de Cristo, siempre solícito por vosotros en oraciones, para que estéis firmes, perfectos y cumplidos en todo lo que Dios quiere.

1Masters, give unto your servants that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven.
2Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;
3Withal praying also for us, that God would open unto us a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds:
4That I may make it manifest, as I ought to speak.
5Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.
6Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.
7All my state shall Tychicus declare unto you, who is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellowservant in the Lord:
8Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that he might know your estate, and comfort your hearts;
9With Onesimus, a faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They shall make known unto you all things which are done here.
10Aristarchus my fellowprisoner saluteth you, and Marcus, sister’s son to Barnabas, (touching whom ye received commandments: if he come unto you, receive him;)

2Continue steadfastly in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving,
3praying together for us also, that God may open to us a door for the word, to speak the mystery of Christ, for which I am also in bonds,
4that I may reveal it as I ought to speak.
5Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time.
6Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
7All my affairs will be made known to you by Tychicus, the beloved brother, faithful servant, and fellow bondservant in the Lord.
8I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that he may know your circumstances and comfort your hearts,
9together with Onesimus, the faithful and beloved brother, who is one of you. They will make known to you everything that is going on here.
10Aristarchus, my fellow prisoner, greets you, and Mark the cousin of Barnabas (concerning whom you received instructions, “if he comes to you, receive him”),
11and Jesus who is called Justus. These are my only fellow workers for God’s Kingdom who are of the circumcision, men who have been a comfort to me.
12Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, salutes you, always striving for you in his prayers, that you may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
