12Ed egli mi disse: Non temere, o Daniele: perciocchè, dal primo dì che tu recasti il cuor tuo ad intendere, e ad affliggerti nel cospetto dell'Iddio tuo, le tue parole furono esaudite, ed io son venuto per le tue parole.

12Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
