12Und er sprach zu mir: Fürchte dich nicht, Daniel! Denn von dem ersten Tage an, da du dein Herz darauf gerichtet hast, Verständnis zu erlangen und dich vor deinem Gott zu demütigen, sind deine Worte erhört worden; und um deiner Worte willen bin ich gekommen.

12Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.
