Daniel conversó sobre este asunto con el mayordomo a quien el jefe del personal había encargado el cuidado de Daniel, Ananías, Misael y Azarías.

Entonces dijo Daniel á Melsar, que estaba puesto por el príncipe de los eunucos sobre Daniel, Ananías, Misael, y Azarías:
