ed egli muta i tempi, e le stagioni; egli rimuove i re, e altresì li stabilisce; egli dà la sapienza a' savi, e il conoscimento a quelli che son dotati d'intendimento.

Y él es el que muda los tiempos y las oportunidades: quita reyes, y pone reyes: da la sabiduría á los sabios, y la ciencia á los entendidos:

And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:
