Tu stavi riguardando, finchè fu tagliata una pietra, senza opera di mani, la qual percosse la statua in su i piedi, ch'erano di ferro, e d'argilla; e li tritò.

Estabas mirando, hasta que una piedra fué cortada, no con mano, la cual hirió á la imagen en sus pies de hierro y de barro cocido, y los desmenuzó.
