Que si él no quisiere, sepas, ¡oh rey!, que nosotros no daremos culto a tus dioses, ni adoraremos la estatua de oro que has levantado.

Y si no, sepas, oh rey, que tu dios no adoraremos, ni tampoco honraremos la estatua que has levantado.

But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image which you have set up.”
