Und wenn nicht, so wisse, o König, daß wir deinen Gott nicht verehren, und das goldene Standbild, das du aufgerichtet hast, nicht anbeten wollen.

Y si no, sepas, oh rey, que tu dios no adoraremos, ni tampoco honraremos la estatua que has levantado.

But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.
