Se volvió luego el rey a su palacio, se acostó sin cenar, no se puso delante de él comida alguna, y además no pudo conciliar el sueño.

Fuése luego el rey á su palacio, y acostóse ayuno; ni instrumentos de música fueron traídos delante de él, y se le fué el sueño.

Then the king went to his palace, and passed the night fasting: neither were instruments of musick brought before him: and his sleep went from him.
