24E per comandamento del re, furon menati quegli uomini che aveano accusato Daniele, e furon gettati nella fossa de' leoni, essi, i lor figliuoli, e le lor mogli; e non erano ancor giunti al fondo della fossa, che i leoni furono loro addosso, e fiaccaron loro tutte le ossa.
