Da hieß, der Konig die Manner, so Daniel verklagt hatten, herbringen und zu den Lowen in den Graben werfen samt ihren Kindern und Weibern. Und ehe sie auf den Boden hinab kamen, ergriffen sie die Lowen und zermalmeten auch ihre Gebeine.

Entonces el rey Darío escribió á todos los pueblos, naciones, y lenguas, que habitan en toda la tierra: Paz os sea multiplicada:

Then king Darius wrote unto all people, nations, and languages, that dwell in all the earth; Peace be multiplied unto you.
