4(06:5) Da suchten die Vorsteher und die Satrapen einen Anklagegrund gegen Daniel von seiten der Verwaltung zu finden; aber sie konnten keinen Anklagegrund und keine schlechte Handlung finden, weil er treu war und kein Vergehen und keine schlechte Handlung an ihm gefunden wurden.

4Entonces los presidentes y gobernadores buscaban ocasiones contra Daniel por parte del reino; mas no podían hallar alguna ocasión ó falta, porque él era fiel, y ningún vicio ni falta fué en él hallado.

4Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he was faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.
