5Alors les présidents et les satrapes cherchèrent à trouver dans [l’administration du] royaume quelque sujet d’accusation contre Daniel ; et ils ne pouvaient trouver aucun sujet d’accusation ni aucune faute, parce qu’il était fidèle ; et aucun manquement ni aucune faute ne se trouva en lui.

5Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find it against him concerning the law of his God.
