Et un certain temps lui fut donné à cause de l’infidélité contre le sacrifice continuel, et elle jeta la vérité par terre, et fit de grands exploits, et prospéra.

Y el ejército fuéle entregado á causa de la prevaricación sobre el continuo sacrificio: y echó por tierra la verdad, é hizo cuanto quiso, y sucedióle prósperamente.

And an host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground; and it practised, and prospered.

The army was given over to it together with the continual burnt offering through disobedience. It cast down truth to the ground, and it did its pleasure and prospered.
