De um desses chifres nasceu um chifre pequeno, que começou a crescer bem devagar, mas logo se tornou forte. Ele atacou o sul e o leste, fazendo guerra contra a terra magnífica.

Y del uno de ellos salió un cuerno pequeño, el cual creció mucho al mediodía, y al oriente, y hacia la tierra deseable.

And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant land.
