16Herr, nach allen deinen Gerechtigkeiten laß doch deinen Zorn und deinen Grimm sich wenden von deiner Stadt Jerusalem, deinem heiligen Berge! Denn wegen unserer Sünden und der Missetaten unserer Väter sind Jerusalem und dein Volk zum Hohne geworden allen denen, die uns umgeben.

16Oh Señor, según todas tus justicias, apártese ahora tu ira y tu furor de sobre tu ciudad Jerusalem, tu santo monte: porque á causa de nuestros pecados, y por la maldad de nuestros padres, Jerusalem y tu pueblo dados son en oprobio á todos en derredor nuestro.

16O Lord, according to all thy righteousness, I beseech thee, let thine anger and thy fury be turned away from thy city Jerusalem, thy holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and thy people are become a reproach to all that are about us.
