E pure il Signore ha posto affezione solo a' tuoi padri, per amarli; e ha eletta, d'infra tutti i popoli, la lor progenie dopo loro, cioè voi,

Solamente de tus padres se agradó Jehová para amarlos, y escogió su simiente después de ellos, á vosotros, de entre todos los pueblos, como en este día.
