And if there arise within thee a prophet, or one who dreams a dream, and he gives thee a sign or a wonder,
CUANDO se levantare en medio de ti profeta, ó soñador de sueños, y te diere señal ó prodigio,
If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,
If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you, and he gives you a sign or a wonder,
and the sign or the wonder come to pass which he spoke to thee, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye know not;
Y acaeciere la señal ó prodigio que él te dijo, diciendo: Vamos en pos de dioses ajenos, que no conociste, y sirvámosles;
And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;
and the sign or the wonder comes to pass, of which he spoke to you, saying, “Let’s go after other gods” (which you have not known) “and let’s serve them,”
ye shall not hearken to the words of that prophet, or the dreamer of that dream, because the Lord thy God tries you, to know whether ye love your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
No darás oído á las palabras de tal profeta, ni al tal soñador de sueños: porque Jehová vuestro Dios os prueba, para saber si amáis á Jehová vuestro Dios con todo vuestro corazón, y con toda vuestra alma.
Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
you shall not listen to the words of that prophet, or to that dreamer of dreams; for the LORD your God is testing you, to know whether you love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
Ye shall follow the Lord your God, and fear him, and ye shall hear his voice, and attach yourselves to him.
En pos de Jehová vuestro Dios andaréis, y á él temeréis, y guardaréis sus mandamientos, y escucharéis su voz, y á él serviréis, y á él os allegaréis.
Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

And that prophet or that dreamer of a dream, shall die; for he has spoken to make thee err from the Lord thy God who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, who redeemed thee from bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the Lord thy God commanded thee to walk in: so shalt thou abolish the evil from among you.
Y el tal profeta ó soñador de sueños, ha de ser muerto; por cuanto trató de rebelión contra Jehová vuestro Dios, que te sacó de tierra de Egipto, y te rescató de casa de siervos, y de echarte del camino por el que Jehová tu Dios te mandó que anduvieses: y así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.
And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.
That prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death, because he has spoken rebellion against the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to draw you aside out of the way which the LORD your God commanded you to walk in. So you shall remove the evil from among you.
And if thy brother by thy father or mother, or thy son, or daughter, or thy wife in thy bosom, or friend who is equal to thine own soul, entreat thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known,
Cuando te incitare tu hermano, hijo de tu madre, ó tu hijo, ó tu hija, ó la mujer de tu seno, ó tu amigo que sea como tu alma, diciendo en secreto: Vamos y sirvamos á dioses ajenos, que ni tú ni tus padres conocisteis,
If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend who is as your own soul, entices you secretly, saying, “Let’s go and serve other gods”—which you have not known, you, nor your fathers;
of the gods of the nations that are round about you, who are near thee or at a distance from thee, from one end of the earth to the other;
De los dioses de los pueblos que están en vuestros alrededores cercanos á ti, ó lejos de ti, desde el un cabo de la tierra hasta el otro cabo de ella;
Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;
of the gods of the peoples who are around you, near to you, or far off from you, from the one end of the earth even to the other end of the earth—
thou shalt not consent to him, neither shalt thou hearken to him; and thine eye shall not spare him, thou shalt feel no regret for him, neither shalt thou at all protect him:
No consentirás con él, ni le darás oído; ni tu ojo le perdonará, ni tendrás compasión, ni lo encubrirás:
Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:
you shall not consent to him nor listen to him; neither shall your eye pity him, neither shall you spare, neither shall you conceal him;
thou shalt surely report concerning him, and thy hands shall be upon him among the first to slay him, and the hands of all the people at the last.
Antes has de matarlo; tu mano será primero sobre él para matarle, y después la mano de todo el pueblo.
But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.

And they shall stone him with stones, and he shall die, because he sought to draw thee away from the Lord thy God who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Y has de apedrearlo con piedras, y morirá; por cuanto procuró apartarte de Jehová tu Dios, que te sacó de tierra de Egipto, de casa de siervos:
And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
You shall stone him to death with stones, because he has sought to draw you away from the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall not again do according to this evil thing among you.
Para que todo Israel oiga, y tema, y no tornen á hacer cosa semejante á esta mala cosa en medio de ti.

And if in one of thy cities which the Lord God gives thee to dwell therein, thou shalt hear men saying,
Cuando oyeres de alguna de tus ciudades que Jehová tu Dios te da para que mores en ellas, que se dice:
If thou shalt hear say in one of thy cities, which the LORD thy God hath given thee to dwell there, saying,
If you hear about one of your cities, which the LORD your God gives you to dwell there, that
Evil men have gone out from you, and have caused all the inhabitants of their land to fall away, saying, Let us go and worship other gods, whom ye knew not,
Hombres, hijos de impiedad, han salido de en medio de ti, que han instigado á los moradores de su ciudad, diciendo: Vamos y sirvamos á dioses ajenos, que vosotros no conocisteis;
Certain men, the children of Belial, are gone out from among you, and have withdrawn the inhabitants of their city, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which ye have not known;
certain wicked fellows have gone out from among you and have drawn away the inhabitants of their city, saying, “Let’s go and serve other gods,” which you have not known,
then thou shalt enquire and ask, and search diligently, and behold, if the thing is clearly true, and this abomination has taken place among you,
Tú inquirirás, y buscarás, y preguntarás con diligencia; y si pareciere verdad, cosa cierta, que tal abominación se hizo en medio de ti,
Then shalt thou enquire, and make search, and ask diligently; and, behold, if it be truth, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought among you;
then you shall inquire, investigate, and ask diligently. Behold, if it is true, and the thing certain, that such abomination was done among you,
thou shalt utterly destroy all the dwellers in that land with the edge of the sword; ye shall solemnly curse it, and all things in it.
Irremisiblemente herirás á filo de espada los moradores de aquella ciudad, destruyéndola con todo lo que en ella hubiere, y también sus bestias á filo de espada.
Thou shalt surely smite the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword, destroying it utterly, and all that is therein, and the cattle thereof, with the edge of the sword.

And all its spoils thou shalt gather into its public ways, and thou shalt burn the city with fire, and all its spoils publicly before the Lord thy God; and it shall be uninhabited for ever, it shall not be built again.
Y juntarás todo el despojo de ella en medio de su plaza, y consumirás con fuego la ciudad y todo su despojo, todo ello, á Jehová tu Dios: y será un montón para siempre: nunca más se edificará.
And thou shalt gather all the spoil of it into the midst of the street thereof, and shalt burn with fire the city, and all the spoil thereof every whit, for the LORD thy God: and it shall be an heap for ever; it shall not be built again.
You shall gather all its plunder into the middle of its street, and shall burn with fire the city, with all of its plunder, to the LORD your God. It shall be a heap forever. It shall not be built again.
And there shall nothing of the cursed thing cleave to thy hand, that the Lord may turn from his fierce anger, and Heb. give shew thee mercy, and pity thee, and multiply thee, as he sware to thy fathers;
Y no se pegará algo á tu mano del anatema; porque Jehová se aparte del furor de su ira, y te dé mercedes, y tenga misericordia de ti, y te multiplique, como lo juró á tus padres,
And there shall cleave nought of the cursed thing to thine hand: that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger, and shew thee mercy, and have compassion upon thee, and multiply thee, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers;
Nothing of the devoted thing shall cling to your hand, that the LORD may turn from the fierceness of his anger and show you mercy, and have compassion on you and multiply you, as he has sworn to your fathers,
if thou wilt hear the voice of the Lord thy God, to keep his commandments, all that I charge thee this day, to do that which is good and pleasing before the Lord thy God.
Cuando obedecieres á la voz de Jehová tu Dios, guardando todos sus mandamientos que yo te prescribo hoy, para hacer lo recto en ojos de Jehová tu Dios.
When thou shalt hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep all his commandments which I command thee this day, to do that which is right in the eyes of the LORD thy God.
