Porque tú eres, ¡oh Israel!, un pueblo consagrado al Señor Dios tuyo, y él te ha escogido para que seas su pueblo peculiar entre las naciones todas que hay sobre la tierra.
Porque eres pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios, y Jehová te ha escogido para que le seas un pueblo singular de entre todos los pueblos que están sobre la haz de la tierra.
For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.
For you are a holy people to the LORD your God, and the LORD has chosen you to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples who are on the face of the earth.
No comáis manjares que son inmundos.
Nada abominable comerás.
Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.

Estos son los animales que debéis comer: el buey y la oveja, y la cabra,

Todo animal que tiene la uña hendida en dos partes y rumia, le podéis comer.
Y todo animal de pezuñas, que tiene hendidura de dos uñas, y que rumiare entre los animales, ese comeréis.
And every beast that parteth the hoof, and cleaveth the cleft into two claws, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, that ye shall eat.
Every animal that parts the hoof, and has the hoof split in two and chews the cud, among the animals, you may eat.
Mas no debéis comer de los que rumian y no tienen la uña hendida, como el camello, la liebre, el querogrilo: a éstos los tendréis por inmundos, porque aunque rumian, no tienen hendida la uña.
Empero estos no comeréis de los que rumian, ó tienen uña hendida: camello, y liebre, y conejo, porque rumian, mas no tienen uña hendida, os serán inmundos;
Nevertheless these ye shall not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the cloven hoof; as the camel, and the hare, and the coney: for they chew the cud, but divide not the hoof; therefore they are unclean unto you.

Asimismo tendréis por inmundo el cerdo; porque si bien tiene la uña hendida, no rumia. No comeréis de la carne de estos animales, ni tocaréis sus cuerpos muertos.
Ni puerco: porque tiene uña hendida, mas no rumia, os será inmundo. De la carne de éstos no comeréis, ni tocaréis sus cuerpos muertos.
And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcase.
The pig, because it has a split hoof but doesn’t chew the cud, is unclean to you. You shall not eat their meat. You shall not touch their carcasses.
De todos los animales que moran en las aguas comeréis aquellos que tienen aletas y escamas:
Esto comeréis de todo lo que está en el agua: todo lo que tiene aleta y escama comeréis;
These ye shall eat of all that are in the waters: all that have fins and scales shall ye eat:
These you may eat of all that are in the waters: you may eat whatever has fins and scales.
los que están sin aletas y escamas no los comáis, porque son inmundos.
Mas todo lo que no tuviere aleta y escama, no comeréis: inmundo os será.
And whatsoever hath not fins and scales ye may not eat; it is unclean unto you.
You shall not eat whatever doesn’t have fins and scales. It is unclean to you.
Comed de todas las aves limpias.
Toda ave limpia comeréis.
Of all clean birds ye shall eat.
Of all clean birds you may eat.
No comáis de las inmundas: es a saber, el águila y el grifo; el esmerejón,
Y estas son de las que no comeréis: el águila, y el azor, y el esmerejón,
But these are they of which ye shall not eat: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,

el ixión y el buitre, y el milano con su casta,

Todo lo que va arrastrando y tiene alas será inmundo y no se comerá.

All winged creeping things are unclean to you. They shall not be eaten.
Comed todo aquello que es limpio.
Toda ave limpia comeréis.

Pero de carne mortecina no comáis nada: la darás al extranjero que se halla dentro de tus muros para que la coma, o se la venderás: por cuanto tú eres un pueblo consagrado al Señor Dios tuyo. No cocerás el cabrito en la leche de su madre.
Ninguna cosa mortecina comeréis: al extranjero que está en tus poblaciones la darás, y él la comerá: ó véndela al extranjero; porque tú eres pueblo santo á Jehová tu Dios. No cocerás el cabrito en la leche de su madre.
Ye shall not eat of any thing that dieth of itself: thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not seethe a kid in his mother’s milk.
You shall not eat of anything that dies of itself. You may give it to the foreigner living among you who is within your gates, that he may eat it; or you may sell it to a foreigner; for you are a holy people to the LORD your God. You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.
Cada año separarás el diezmo de todos los frutos que nacen en tus tierras.
Indispensablemente diezmarás todo el producto de tu simiente, que rindiere el campo cada un año.
Thou shalt truly tithe all the increase of thy seed, that the field bringeth forth year by year.
You shall surely tithe all the increase of your seed, that which comes out of the field year by year.
Y comerás en la presencia del Señor Dios tuyo en el lugar que escogiere para que sea invocado en él su nombre, el diezmo de tu trigo, y vino, y aceite, y los primerizos de tus vacas y ovejas; a fin de que aprendas a temer a tu Señor Dios en todo tiempo.
Y comerás delante de Jehová tu Dios en el lugar que él escogiere para hacer habitar allí su nombre, el diezmo de tu grano, de tu vino, y de tu aceite, y los primerizos de tus manadas, y de tus ganados, para que aprendas á temer á Jehová tu Dios todos los días.
And thou shalt eat before the LORD thy God, in the place which he shall choose to place his name there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear the LORD thy God always.
You shall eat before the LORD your God, in the place which he chooses to cause his name to dwell, the tithe of your grain, of your new wine, and of your oil, and the firstborn of your herd and of your flock; that you may learn to fear the LORD your God always.
Mas cuando tuvieres que andar un largo camino, por estar lejos del lugar que tu Señor Dios hubiere escogido, y hubiese echado sobre ti o tu casa su bendición, de tal suerte que no pudieses llevar allá todas estas cosas,
Y si el camino fuere tan largo que tú no puedas llevarlo por él, por estar lejos de ti el lugar que Jehová tu Dios hubiere escogido para poner en él su nombre, cuando Jehová tu Dios te bendijere,
And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it; or if the place be too far from thee, which the LORD thy God shall choose to set his name there, when the LORD thy God hath blessed thee:
If the way is too long for you, so that you are not able to carry it because the place which the LORD your God shall choose to set his name there is too far from you, when the LORD your God blesses you,
las venderás, y reducidas a dinero, las llevarás contigo, e irás al lugar que tu Señor Dios haya escogido;
Entonces venderlo has, y atarás el dinero en tu mano, y vendrás al lugar que Jehová tu Dios escogiere;
Then shalt thou turn it into money, and bind up the money in thine hand, and shalt go unto the place which the LORD thy God shall choose:
then you shall turn it into money, bind up the money in your hand, and shall go to the place which the LORD your God shall choose.
donde comprarás con aquel mismo dinero todo lo que te gustare, sea de vaca, o sea de ovejas, así como también vino y sidra, y cuanto apetece tu alma; y lo comerás delante del Señor Dios tuyo, y celebrarás un convite con tu familia,
Y darás el dinero por todo lo que deseare tu alma, por vacas, ó por ovejas, ó por vino, ó por sidra, ó por cualquier cosa que tu alma te demandare: y comerás allí delante de Jehová tu Dios, y te alegrarás tú y tu familia.
And thou shalt bestow that money for whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatsoever thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat there before the LORD thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thine household,
You shall trade the money for whatever your soul desires: for cattle, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatever your soul asks of you. You shall eat there before the LORD your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your household.
y al levita que habita dentro de tus muros, mira no le abandones, porque no tiene otra parte en tu posesión.
Y no desampararás al Levita que habitare en tus poblaciones; porque no tiene parte ni heredad contigo.
And the Levite that is within thy gates; thou shalt not forsake him; for he hath no part nor inheritance with thee.
You shall not forsake the Levite who is within your gates, for he has no portion nor inheritance with you.
De tres en tres años separarás otro diezmo de todas las cosas que te han nacido en aquel tiempo, y lo depositarás en tu casa.
Al cabo de cada tres años sacarás todo el diezmo de tus productos de aquel año, y lo guardarás en tus ciudades:
At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates:
At the end of every three years you shall bring all the tithe of your increase in the same year, and shall store it within your gates.
Y vendrá el levita, que no tiene otra parte ni otra herencia entre vosotros, y el extranjero, y el huérfano, y la viuda que habitan contigo dentro de unos mismos muros, y comerán hasta saciarse; para que tu Señor Dios te bendiga en todas las obras de tus manos.
Y vendrá el Levita, que no tiene parte ni heredad contigo, y el extranjero, y el huérfano, y la viuda, que hubiere en tus poblaciones, y comerán y serán saciados; para que Jehová tu Dios te bendiga en toda obra de tus manos que hicieres.
And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.
The Levite, because he has no portion nor inheritance with you, as well as the foreigner living among you, the fatherless, and the widow who are within your gates shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD your God may bless you in all the work of your hand which you do.
