Deuteronomio 15

Car il ne manquera jamais d'indigent sur la terre ; c'est pourquoi je te prescris d'exécuter mes commandements : ouvre tes mains à ton frère pauvre et indigent en ta terre.

Porque no faltarán menesterosos de en medio de la tierra; por eso yo te mando, diciendo: Abrirás tu mano á tu hermano, á tu pobre, y á tu menesteroso en tu tierra.

For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

For the poor will never cease out of the land. Therefore I command you to surely open your hand to your brother, to your needy, and to your poor, in your land.
