2Et c’est ici la manière du relâche : tout créancier relâchera sa main du prêt qu’il aura fait à son prochain ; il ne l’exigera pas de son prochain ou de son frère, car on aura proclamé le relâche de l’Éternel.

2And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD’s release.

2This is the way it shall be done: every creditor shall release that which he has lent to his neighbor. He shall not require payment from his neighbor and his brother, because the LORD’s release has been proclaimed.
