Deuteronomio 15

Del forastero y advenedizo podrás exigir la deuda; pero no tienes facultad de obligar al vecino y hermano tuyo a la paga.

Del extranjero demandarás el reintegro: mas lo que tu hermano tuviere tuyo, lo perdonará tu mano;

Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it again: but that which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;

Of a foreigner you may require it; but whatever of yours is with your brother, your hand shall release.
