Deuteronomio 15

"Tous les sept ans, tu pratiqueras la loi de rémission.

AL cabo de siete años harás remisión.

At the end of every seven years thou shalt make a release.

At the end of every seven years, you shall cancel debts.

Voici le sens de cette rémission: tout créancier doit faire remise de sa créance, de ce qu'il aura prêté à son prochain. Il n'exercera pas de contrainte contre son prochain et son frère, dès qu'on a proclamé la rémission en l'honneur du Seigneur.

Y esta es la manera de la remisión: perdonará á su deudor todo aquél que hizo empréstito de su mano, con que obligó á su prójimo: no lo demandará más á su prójimo, ó á su hermano; porque la remisión de Jehová es pregonada.

And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor that lendeth ought unto his neighbour shall release it; he shall not exact it of his neighbour, or of his brother; because it is called the LORD’s release.

This is the way it shall be done: every creditor shall release that which he has lent to his neighbor. He shall not require payment from his neighbor and his brother, because the LORD’s release has been proclaimed.

L'étranger, tu peux le contraindre; mais ce que ton frère aura à toi, que ta main l'abandonne.

Del extranjero demandarás el reintegro: mas lo que tu hermano tuviere tuyo, lo perdonará tu mano;

Of a foreigner thou mayest exact it again: but that which is thine with thy brother thine hand shall release;

Of a foreigner you may require it; but whatever of yours is with your brother, your hand shall release.

A la vérité, il ne doit pas y avoir d'indigent chez toi; car l'Éternel veut te bénir dans ce pays que lui, ton Dieu, te destine comme héritage pour le posséder.

Para que así no haya en ti mendigo; porque Jehová te bendecirá con abundancia en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad para que la poseas,

Save when there shall be no poor among you; for the LORD shall greatly bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:

However there will be no poor with you (for the LORD will surely bless you in the land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance to possess)

Mais c'est quand tu obéiras à la voix de l'Éternel, ton Dieu, en observant avec soin toute cette loi que je t'impose en ce jour.

Si empero escuchares fielmente la voz de Jehová tu Dios, para guardar y cumplir todos estos mandamientos que yo te intimo hoy.

Only if thou carefully hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all these commandments which I command thee this day.

if only you diligently listen to the LORD your God’s voice, to observe to do all this commandment which I command you today.

Car alors l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénira comme il te l'a promis; et tu pourras prêter à bien des peuples, mais tu n'emprunteras point; et tu domineras sur bien des peuples, mais on ne dominera pas sur toi.

Ya que Jehová tu Dios te habrá bendecido, como te ha dicho, prestarás entonces á muchas gentes, mas tú no tomarás prestado; y enseñorearte has de muchas gentes, pero de ti no se enseñorearán.

For the LORD thy God blesseth thee, as he promised thee: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt reign over many nations, but they shall not reign over thee.

For the LORD your God will bless you, as he promised you. You will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow. You will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you.

Que s'il y a chez toi un indigent, d'entre tes frères, dans l'une de tes villes, au pays que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te destine, tu n'endurciras point ton cœur, ni ne fermeras ta main à ton frère nécessiteux.

Cuando hubiere en ti menesteroso de alguno de tus hermanos en alguna de tus ciudades, en tu tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da, no endurecerás tu corazón, ni cerrarás tu mano á tu hermano pobre:

If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:

If a poor man, one of your brothers, is with you within any of your gates in your land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not harden your heart, nor shut your hand from your poor brother;

Ouvre-lui plutôt ta main! Prête-lui en raison de ses besoins, de ce qui peut lui manquer!

Mas abrirás á él tu mano liberalmente, y en efecto le prestarás lo que basta, lo que hubiere menester.

But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth.

but you shall surely open your hand to him, and shall surely lend him sufficient for his need, which he lacks.

Garde-toi de nourrir une pensée perverse en ton cœur, en te disant "que la septième année, l'année de rémission approche," et, sans pitié pour ton frère nécessiteux, de lui refuser ton secours: il se plaindrait de toi au Seigneur, et tu te rendrais coupable d'un péché,

Guárdate que no haya en tu corazón perverso pensamiento, diciendo: Cerca está el año séptimo, el de la remisión; y tu ojo sea maligno sobre tu hermano menesteroso para no darle: que él podrá clamar contra ti á Jehová, y se te imputará á pecado.

Beware that there be not a thought in thy wicked heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thine eye be evil against thy poor brother, and thou givest him nought; and he cry unto the LORD against thee, and it be sin unto thee.

Beware that there not be a wicked thought in your heart, saying, “The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand,” and your eye be evil against your poor brother and you give him nothing; and he cry to the LORD against you, and it be sin to you.

Non! Il faut lui donner, et lui donner sans que ton cœur le regrette; car, pour prix de cette conduite, l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénira dans ton labeur et dans toutes les entreprises de ta main.

Sin falta le darás, y no sea tu corazón maligno cuando le dieres: que por ello te bendecirá Jehová tu Dios en todos tus hechos, y en todo lo que pusieres mano.

Thou shalt surely give him, and thine heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him: because that for this thing the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all thy works, and in all that thou puttest thine hand unto.

You shall surely give, and your heart shall not be grieved when you give to him, because it is for this thing the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in all that you put your hand to.

Or, il y aura toujours des nécessiteux dans le pays; c'est pourquoi, je te fais cette recommandation: ouvre, ouvre ta main à ton frère, au pauvre, au nécessiteux qui sera dans ton pays!

Porque no faltarán menesterosos de en medio de la tierra; por eso yo te mando, diciendo: Abrirás tu mano á tu hermano, á tu pobre, y á tu menesteroso en tu tierra.

For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

For the poor will never cease out of the land. Therefore I command you to surely open your hand to your brother, to your needy, and to your poor, in your land.

Si un Hébreu, ton frère, ou une femme hébreue te sont vendus, ils te serviront six ans; et la septième année tu les renverras, libres, de chez toi.

Cuando se vendiere á ti tu hermano Hebreo ó Hebrea, y te hubiere servido seis años, al séptimo año le despedirás libre de ti.

And if thy brother, an Hebrew man, or an Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, and serve thee six years; then in the seventh year thou shalt let him go free from thee.

If your brother, a Hebrew man, or a Hebrew woman, is sold to you and serves you six years, then in the seventh year you shall let him go free from you.

Or, en libérant cet esclave de ton service, ne le renvoie pas les mains vides,

Y cuando lo despidieres libre de ti, no lo enviarás vacío:

And when thou sendest him out free from thee, thou shalt not let him go away empty:

When you let him go free from you, you shall not let him go empty.

mais donne-lui des présents, de ton menu bétail, de ta grange et de ton pressoir; ce dont l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'aura favorisé, fais-lui-en part.

Le abastecerás liberalmente de tus ovejas, de tu era, y de tu lagar; le darás de aquello en que Jehová te hubiere bendecido.

Thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flock, and out of thy floor, and out of thy winepress: of that wherewith the LORD thy God hath blessed thee thou shalt give unto him.

You shall furnish him liberally out of your flock, out of your threshing floor, and out of your wine press. As the LORD your God has blessed you, you shall give to him.

Souviens-toi que tu fus esclave au pays d'Egypte, et que l'Éternel, ton Dieu, t'a affranchi; c'est pourquoi je te prescris aujourd'hui ce commandement.

Y te acordarás que fuiste siervo en la tierra de Egipto, y que Jehová tu Dios te rescató: por tanto yo te mando esto hoy.

And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in the land of Egypt, and the LORD thy God redeemed thee: therefore I command thee this thing to day.

You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God redeemed you. Therefore I command you this thing today.

Il peut arriver que l'esclave te dise: "Je ne veux point te quitter," attaché qu'il sera à toi et à ta maison, parce qu'il aura été heureux chez toi;

Y será que, si él te dijere: No saldré de contigo; porque te ama á ti y á tu casa, que le va bien contigo;

And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thine house, because he is well with thee;

It shall be, if he tells you, “I will not go out from you,” because he loves you and your house, because he is well with you,

alors tu prendras un poinçon, tu en perceras son oreille contre la porte, et il restera ton esclave indéfiniment. Tu en useras de même pour ta servante.

Entonces tomarás una lesna, y horadarás su oreja junto á la puerta, y será tu siervo para siempre: así también harás á tu criada.

Then thou shalt take an aul, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be thy servant for ever. And also unto thy maidservant thou shalt do likewise.

then you shall take an awl, and thrust it through his ear to the door, and he shall be your servant forever. Also to your female servant you shall do likewise.

Qu'il ne t'en coûte pas trop de le renvoyer libre de chez toi, car il a gagné deux fois le salaire d'un mercenaire en te servant six années: et l'Éternel, ton Dieu, te bénira dans toutes tes entreprises.

No te parezca duro cuando le enviares libre de ti; que doblado del salario de mozo jornalero te sirvió seis años: y Jehová tu Dios te bendecirá en todo cuanto hicieres.

It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou sendest him away free from thee; for he hath been worth a double hired servant to thee, in serving thee six years: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in all that thou doest.

It shall not seem hard to you when you let him go free from you, for he has been double the value of a hired hand as he served you six years. The LORD your God will bless you in all that you do.

Tous les premiers-nés mâles de ton gros et de ton menu bétail, tu les consacreras à l'Éternel, ton Dieu: tu ne feras point travailler le premier-né de ton gros bétail, et tu ne tondras point le premier-né de tes brebis.

Santificarás á Jehová tu Dios todo primerizo macho que nacerá de tus vacas y de tus ovejas: no te sirvas del primerizo de tus vacas, ni trasquiles el primerizo de tus ovejas.

All the firstling males that come of thy herd and of thy flock thou shalt sanctify unto the LORD thy God: thou shalt do no work with the firstling of thy bullock, nor shear the firstling of thy sheep.

You shall dedicate all the firstborn males that are born of your herd and of your flock to the LORD your God. You shall do no work with the firstborn of your herd, nor shear the firstborn of your flock.

C'est devant l'Éternel, ton Dieu, à l'endroit qu'il aura choisi, que tu le consommeras annuellement, toi et ta famille.

Delante de Jehová tu Dios los comerás cada un año, tú y tu familia, en el lugar que Jehová escogiere.

Thou shalt eat it before the LORD thy God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, thou and thy household.

You shall eat it before the LORD your God year by year in the place which the LORD shall choose, you and your household.

Que s'il a un défaut, s'il est boiteux ou aveugle, ou s'il a quelque autre vice grave, ne l'immole pas à l'Éternel, ton Dieu.

Y si hubiere en él tacha, ciego ó cojo, ó cualquiera mala falta, no lo sacrificarás á Jehová tu Dios.

And if there be any blemish therein, as if it be lame, or blind, or have any ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the LORD thy God.

If it has any defect—is lame or blind, or has any defect whatever, you shall not sacrifice it to the LORD your God.

Consomme-le dans tes villes, l'homme pur et l'impur le mangeront indistinctement comme le chevreuil et le cerf.

En tus poblaciones lo comerás: el inmundo lo mismo que el limpio comerán de él, como de un corzo ó de un ciervo.

Thou shalt eat it within thy gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

You shall eat it within your gates. The unclean and the clean shall eat it alike, as the gazelle and as the deer.

Seulement, tu n'en mangeras point le sang, tu le répandras à terre comme de l'eau.

Solamente que no comas su sangre: sobre la tierra la derramarás como agua.

Only thou shalt not eat the blood thereof; thou shalt pour it upon the ground as water.

Only you shall not eat its blood. You shall pour it out on the ground like water.
