Deuteronomio 19

Wenn der HERR, dein Gott, die Völker ausrotten wird, deren Land der HERR, dein Gott, dir gibt, und du sie vertreibst und in ihren Städten und Häusern wohnst,

CUANDO Jehová tu Dios talare las gentes, cuya tierra Jehová tu Dios te da á ti, y tú las heredares, y habitares en sus ciudades, y en sus casas;

When the LORD thy God hath cut off the nations, whose land the LORD thy God giveth thee, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their cities, and in their houses;

When the LORD your God cuts off the nations whose land the LORD your God gives you, and you succeed them and dwell in their cities and in their houses,

so sollst du dir drei Städte aussondern mitten in deinem Lande, das der HERR, dein Gott, dir zu besitzen gibt.

Te apartarás tres ciudades en medio de tu tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas.

Thou shalt separate three cities for thee in the midst of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.

you shall set apart three cities for yourselves in the middle of your land, which the LORD your God gives you to possess.

Bereite dir den Weg †dahin und teile das Gebiet deines Landes, das der HERR, dein Gott, dir zum Erbe gibt, in drei Teile, damit jeder Totschläger dahin fliehe.

Arreglarte has el camino, y dividirás en tres partes el término de tu tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te dará en heredad, y será para que todo homicida se huya allí.

Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither.

You shall prepare the way, and divide the borders of your land which the LORD your God causes you to inherit into three parts, that every man slayer may flee there.

Unter der Bedingung aber soll ein Totschläger dahin fliehen und lebendig bleiben: Wenn er seinen Nächsten unvorsätzlich schlägt, ohne zuvor einen Haß auf ihn gehabt zu haben.

Y este es el caso del homicida que ha de huir allí, y vivirá: el que hiriere á su prójimo por yerro, que no le tenía enemistad desde ayer ni antes de ayer:

And this is the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past;

This is the case of the man slayer who shall flee there and live: Whoever kills his neighbor unintentionally, and didn’t hate him in time past—

Wenn Zb. jemand mit seinem Nächsten in den Wald geht, um Holz zu hauen, und er ergreift mit seiner Hand die Axt, um das Holz abzuhauen, und das Eisen fährt von dem Stiel und trifft seinen Nächsten, daß er stirbt, so soll er in eine dieser Städte fliehen, daß er am Leben bleibe;

Como el que fué con su prójimo al monte á cortar leña, y poniendo fuerza con su mano en el hacha para cortar algún leño, saltó el hierro del cabo, y encontró á su prójimo, y murió; aquél huirá á una de aquestas ciudades, y vivirá;

As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall flee unto one of those cities, and live:

as when a man goes into the forest with his neighbor to chop wood and his hand swings the ax to cut down the tree, and the head slips from the handle and hits his neighbor so that he dies—he shall flee to one of these cities and live.

damit nicht der Bluträcher dem Totschläger nachjage, weil sein Herz erhitzt ist, und ihn ergreife, weil der Weg so weit ist, und ihn totschlage, obschon er des Todes nicht schuldig ist, weil er zuvor keinen Haß gegen ihn gehabt hat.

No sea que el pariente del muerto vaya tras el homicida, cuando se enardeciere su corazón, y le alcance por ser largo el camino, y le hiera de muerte, no debiendo ser condenado á muerte; por cuanto no tenía enemistad desde ayer ni antes de ayer con el muerto.

Lest the avenger of the blood pursue the slayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and slay him; whereas he was not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past.

Otherwise, the avenger of blood might pursue the man slayer while hot anger is in his heart and overtake him, because the way is long, and strike him mortally, even though he was not worthy of death, because he didn’t hate him in time past.

Darum gebiete ich dir also: Du sollst dir drei Städte aussondern.

Por tanto yo te mando, diciendo: Tres ciudades te apartarás.

Wherefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt separate three cities for thee.

Therefore I command you to set apart three cities for yourselves.

Und wenn der HERR, dein Gott, deine Landmarken erweitern wird, wie er deinen Vätern geschworen, und dir alles Land gibt, das er deinen Vätern zu geben verheißen hat,

Y si Jehová tu Dios ensanchare tu término, como lo juró á tus padres, y te diere toda la tierra que dijo á tus padres que había de dar;

And if the LORD thy God enlarge thy coast, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, and give thee all the land which he promised to give unto thy fathers;

If the LORD your God enlarges your border, as he has sworn to your fathers, and gives you all the land which he promised to give to your fathers;

wenn du nämlich beobachten und tun wirst, was ich dir heute gebiete, daß du den HERRN, deinen Gott, liebest und in seinen Wegen wandelst dein Leben lang, so sollst du dir noch drei andere Städte zu diesen drei hinzufügen,

Cuando guardases todos estos mandamientos, que yo te prescribo hoy, para ponerlos por obra, que ames á Jehová tu Dios y andes en sus caminos todos los días; entonces añadirás tres ciudades á más de estas tres;

If thou shalt keep all these commandments to do them, which I command thee this day, to love the LORD thy God, and to walk ever in his ways; then shalt thou add three cities more for thee, beside these three:

and if you keep all this commandment to do it, which I command you today, to love the LORD your God, and to walk ever in his ways, then you shall add three cities more for yourselves, in addition to these three.

daß nicht mitten in deinem Lande, das der HERR, dein Gott, dir zum Erbe gibt, unschuldiges Blut vergossen werde und Blut auf dich komme.

Porque no sea derramada sangre inocente en medio de tu tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad, y sea sobre ti sangre.

That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, and so blood be upon thee.

This is so that innocent blood will not be shed in the middle of your land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance, leaving blood guilt on you.

Wenn aber jemand seinen Nächsten haßt und ihm auflauert und sich über ihn hermacht und ihn totschlägt und in eine dieser Städte flieht,

Mas cuando hubiere alguno que aborreciere á su prójimo, y lo acechare, y se levantare sobre él, y lo hiriere de muerte, y muriere, y huyere á alguna de estas ciudades;

But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities:

But if any man hates his neighbor, lies in wait for him, rises up against him, strikes him mortally so that he dies, and he flees into one of these cities;

so sollen die Ältesten seiner Stadt hinschicken und ihn von dannen holen lassen und ihn in die Hand des Bluträchers geben, daß er sterbe.

Entonces los ancianos de su ciudad enviarán y lo sacarán de allí, y entregarlo han en mano del pariente del muerto, y morirá.

Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.

then the elders of his city shall send and bring him there, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.

Dein Auge soll seiner nicht schonen, sondern du sollst das unschuldige Blut von Israel tun; so wird es dir wohl gehen.

No le perdonará tu ojo: y quitarás de Israel la sangre inocente, y te irá bien.

Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee.

Your eye shall not pity him, but you shall purge the innocent blood from Israel that it may go well with you.

Du sollst deines Nächsten Markstein nicht verrücken, welchen die Vorfahren gesetzt haben in deinem Erbteil, das du erbest im Lande, das dir der HERR, dein Gott, zum Besitz gegeben hat.

No reducirás el término de tu prójimo, el cual señalaron los antiguos en tu heredad, la que poseyeres en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas.

Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour’s landmark, which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.

You shall not remove your neighbor’s landmark, which they of old time have set, in your inheritance which you shall inherit, in the land that the LORD your God gives you to possess.

Ein einzelner Zeuge soll nicht auftreten wider jemand, wegen irgend einer Missetat, oder wegen irgend einer Sünde, womit man sich versündigen kann; sondern auf der Aussage von zwei oder drei Zeugen soll jede Sache beruhen.

No valdrá un testigo contra ninguno en cualquier delito, ó en cualquier pecado, en cualquier pecado que se cometiere. En el dicho de dos testigos, ó en el dicho de tres testigos consistirá el negocio.

One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin that he sins. At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall a matter be established.

Wenn aber ein falscher Zeuge wider jemand auftritt, um ihn einer Übertretung zu zeihen,

Cuando se levantare testigo falso contra alguno, para testificar contra él rebelión,

If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;

If an unrighteous witness rises up against any man to testify against him of wrongdoing,

so sollen die Männer, die Streit miteinander haben, vor den HERRN, vor die Priester und Richter treten, die zu jener Zeit †im Amt sein werden.

Entonces los dos hombres litigantes se presentarán delante de Jehová, delante de los sacerdotes y jueces que fueren en aquellos días:

Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;

then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges who shall be in those days;

Und die Richter sollen es wohl erforschen. Stellt es sich heraus, daß der Zeuge ein falscher Zeuge ist und wider seinen Bruder ein falsches Zeugnis abgelegt hat,

Y los jueces inquirirán bien, y si pareciere ser aquél testigo falso, que testificó falsamente contra su hermano,

And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;

and the judges shall make diligent inquisition; and behold, if the witness is a false witness, and has testified falsely against his brother,

so sollt ihr ihm tun, wie er seinem Bruder zu tun gedachte. Also sollst du das Böse aus deiner Mitte ausrotten,

Haréis á él como él pensó hacer á su hermano: y quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.

Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

then you shall do to him as he had thought to do to his brother. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

daß es die Übrigen hören, sich fürchten und nicht mehr solch böse Taten unter dir verüben.

Y los que quedaren oirán, y temerán, y no volverán más á hacer una mala cosa como ésta, en medio de ti.

And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.

Those who remain shall hear, and fear, and will never again commit any such evil among you.

Dein Auge soll seiner nicht schonen: Seele um Seele, Auge um Auge, Zahn um Zahn, Hand um Hand, Fuß um Fuß!

Y no perdonará tu ojo: vida por vida, ojo por ojo, diente por diente, mano por mano, pie por pie.

And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Your eyes shall not pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
