18El propósito de este mandamiento es evitar que el pueblo de la tierra te induzca a adorar sus ídolos y a participar en sus costumbres abominables, haciéndote pecar gravemente contra el Señor tu Dios.

18Porque no os enseñen á hacer según todas sus abominaciones, que ellos hacen á sus dioses, y pequéis contra Jehová vuestro Dios.
