QUANDO si troverà in su la terra che il Signore Iddio tuo ti dà a possedere, un uomo ucciso che giacerà su la campagna, senza che si sappia chi l'abbia ucciso,
CUANDO fuere hallado en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas, muerto echado en el campo, y no se supiere quién lo hirió,
If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:
If someone is found slain in the land which the LORD your God gives you to possess, lying in the field, and it isn’t known who has struck him,
escano fuori i tuoi Anziani e i tuoi Giudici, e misurino lo spazio che vi sarà fino alle città che saranno d'intorno a colui.
Entonces tus ancianos y tus jueces saldrán y medirán hasta las ciudades que están alrededor del muerto:
Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:
then your elders and your judges shall come out, and they shall measure to the cities which are around him who is slain.
Poi prendano gli Anziani della città più vicina dell'ucciso una giovenca, con la quale non si sia lavorata la terra, che non abbia tirato al giogo.
Y será, que los ancianos de aquella ciudad, de la ciudad más cercana al muerto, tomarán de la vacada una becerra que no haya servido, que no haya traído yugo;
And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;
It shall be that the elders of the city which is nearest to the slain man shall take a heifer of the herd, which hasn’t been worked with and which has not drawn in the yoke.
E menino gli Anziani di quella città quella giovenca in una valle deserta, nella quale non si lavori nè semini; e taglino quivi il collo alla giovenca nella valle.
Y los ancianos de aquella ciudad traerán la becerra á un valle áspero, que nunca haya sido arado ni sembrado, y cortarán el pescuezo á la becerra allí en el valle.
And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley:

Vengano ancora i sacerdoti, i figliuoli di Levi; conciossiachè il Signore Iddio tuo li abbia eletti per fare il suo servigio, e per benedire nel Nome del Signore; e, secondo la lor parola, ha da esser giudicata qualunque lite, e qualunque piaga.
Entonces vendrán los sacerdotes hijos de Leví, porque á ellos escogió Jehová tu Dios para que le sirvan, y para bendecir en nombre de Jehová; y por el dicho de ellos se determinará todo pleito y toda llaga.

E lavinsi tutti gli Anziani di quella città, più vicini dell'ucciso, le mani sopra quella giovenca, alla quale sarà stato tagliato il collo nella valle;
Y todos los ancianos de aquella ciudad más cercana al muerto lavarán sus manos sobre la becerra degollada en el valle.
And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:
All the elders of that city which is nearest to the slain man shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley.
e protestino, e dicano: Le nostre mani non hanno sparso questo sangue; gli occhi nostri eziandio non l'hanno veduto spandere.
Y protestarán, y dirán: Nuestras manos no han derramado esta sangre, ni nuestros ojos lo vieron.

Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.

E tu avrai tolta via del mezzo di te la colpa del sangue innocente, quando avrai fatto ciò che piace al Signore.
Y tú quitarás la culpa de sangre inocente de en medio de ti, cuando hicieres lo que es recto en los ojos de Jehová.
So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

QUANDO sarai uscito in guerra contro a' tuoi nemici, e il Signore Iddio tuo te li avrà dati nelle mani, e ne avrai menati de' prigioni;
Cuando salieres á la guerra contra tus enemigos, y Jehová tu Dios los entregare en tu mano, y tomares de ellos cautivos,
When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,
When you go out to battle against your enemies, and the LORD your God delivers them into your hands and you carry them away captive,
e vedrai fra i prigioni una donna di bella forma, e le porrai amore, e te la vorrai prender per moglie;
Y vieres entre los cautivos alguna mujer hermosa, y la codiciares, y la tomares para ti por mujer,
And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;
and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you are attracted to her, and desire to take her as your wife,
menala dentro alla tua casa, e radasi ella il capo, e taglisi le unghie;
La meterás en tu casa; y ella raerá su cabeza, y cortará sus uñas,
Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;
then you shall bring her home to your house. She shall shave her head and trim her nails.
e levisi d'addosso gli abiti nei quali fu presa, e dimori in casa tua, e pianga suo padre e sua madre un mese intiero; poi potrai entrar da lei, e giacer con lei; ed ella ti sarà moglie.
Y se quitará el vestido de su cautiverio, y quedaráse en tu casa: y llorará á su padre y á su madre el tiempo de un mes: y después entrarás á ella, y tu serás su marido, y ella tu mujer.
And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.

E se avviene ch'ella non ti aggradi più, rimandala a sua volontà; e non venderla per danari in modo alcuno; non farne traffico; conciossiachè tu l'abbi sverginata.
Y será, si no te agradare, que la has de dejar en su libertad; y no la venderás por dinero, ni mercadearás con ella, por cuanto la afligiste.
And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

nel giorno ch'egli spartirà l'eredità de' suoi beni a' suoi figliuoli, egli non potrà far primogenito il figliuol dell'amata, anteponendolo al figliuol dell'odiata, che sarà il primogenito.

Anzi riconoscerà il primogenito, figliuol dell'odiata, per dargli la parte di due, in tutto ciò che si troverà avere; conciossiachè egli sia il principio della sua forza; a lui appartiene la ragione della primogenitura.

QUANDO alcuno avrà un figliuol ritroso e ribelle, il qual non ubbidisca alla voce di suo padre, nè alla voce di sua madre; e, benchè essi l'abbiano castigato, non però ubbidisca loro;

prendanlo suo padre e sua madre, e meninlo fuori agli Anziani della sua città, e alla porta del suo luogo;
Entonces tomarlo han su padre y su madre, y lo sacarán á los ancianos de su ciudad, y á la puerta del lugar suyo;
Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;

e dicano agli Anziani della sua città: Questo nostro figliuolo è ritroso e ribelle; egli non vuole ubbidire alla nostra voce; egli è goloso ed ubbriaco.
Y dirán á los ancianos de la ciudad: Este nuestro hijo es contumaz y rebelde, no obedece á nuestra voz; es glotón y borracho.
And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.
They shall tell the elders of his city, “This our son is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey our voice. He is a glutton and a drunkard.”
E lapidinlo con pietre tutte le genti della sua città, sì che muoia; e così togli il male del mezzo di te; acciocchè tutto Israele oda, e tema.
Entonces todos los hombres de su ciudad lo apedrearán con piedras, y morirá: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti; y todo Israel oirá, y temerá.
And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

E QUANDO alcuno sarà reo di alcun fallo capitale, e tu l'avrai appiccato al legno;
Cuando en alguno hubiere pecado de sentencia de muerte, por el que haya de morir, y le habrás colgado en un madero,
And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:

non dimori il suo corpo morto in sul legno, la notte fino alla mattina; anzi del tutto seppelliscilo in quell'istesso giorno; perciocchè l'appiccato è in esecrazione a Dio; e non contaminare il paese che il Signore Iddio tuo ti dà a possedere.
No estará su cuerpo por la noche en el madero, mas sin falta lo enterrarás el mismo día, porque maldición de Dios es el colgado: y no contaminarás tu tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad.
His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
