Deuteronomio 21

Wenn man einen Erschlagenen findet im Lande, das dir der HERR, dein Gott, geben wird einzunehmen, und liegt im Felde, und man nicht weiß, wer ihn erschlagen hat,

CUANDO fuere hallado en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas, muerto echado en el campo, y no se supiere quién lo hirió,

If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:

If someone is found slain in the land which the LORD your God gives you to possess, lying in the field, and it isn’t known who has struck him,

so sollen deine Ältesten, und Richter hinausgehen und von dem Erschlagenen messen an die Städte, die umher liegen.

Entonces tus ancianos y tus jueces saldrán y medirán hasta las ciudades que están alrededor del muerto:

Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:

then your elders and your judges shall come out, and they shall measure to the cities which are around him who is slain.

Welche Stadt die nächste ist, derselben Ältesten sollen eine junge Kuh von den Rindern nehmen, damit man nicht gearbeitet noch am Joch gezogen hat,

Y será, que los ancianos de aquella ciudad, de la ciudad más cercana al muerto, tomarán de la vacada una becerra que no haya servido, que no haya traído yugo;

And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;

It shall be that the elders of the city which is nearest to the slain man shall take a heifer of the herd, which hasn’t been worked with and which has not drawn in the yoke.

und sollen sie hinabführen in einen kiesichten Grund, der weder gearbeitet noch besäet ist, und daselbst im Grunde ihr den Hals abhauen.

Y los ancianos de aquella ciudad traerán la becerra á un valle áspero, que nunca haya sido arado ni sembrado, y cortarán el pescuezo á la becerra allí en el valle.

And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley:

The elders of that city shall bring the heifer down to a valley with running water, which is neither plowed nor sown, and shall break the heifer’s neck there in the valley.

Da sollen herzukommen die Priester, die Kinder Levi; denn der HERR, dein Gott, hat sie erwählet, daß sie ihm dienen und seinen Namen loben, und nach ihrem Munde sollen alle Sachen und alle Schäden gehandelt werden.

Entonces vendrán los sacerdotes hijos de Leví, porque á ellos escogió Jehová tu Dios para que le sirvan, y para bendecir en nombre de Jehová; y por el dicho de ellos se determinará todo pleito y toda llaga.

And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:

The priests the sons of Levi shall come near, for them the LORD your God has chosen to minister to him, and to bless in the LORD’s name; and according to their word shall every controversy and every assault be decided.

Und alle Ältesten derselben Stadt sollen herzutreten zu dem Erschlagenen und ihre Hände waschen über die junge Kuh, der im Grunde der Hals abgehauen ist,

Y todos los ancianos de aquella ciudad más cercana al muerto lavarán sus manos sobre la becerra degollada en el valle.

And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:

All the elders of that city which is nearest to the slain man shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley.

und sollen antworten und sagen: Unsere Hände haben dies Blut nicht vergossen, so haben's auch unsere Augen nicht gesehen.

Y protestarán, y dirán: Nuestras manos no han derramado esta sangre, ni nuestros ojos lo vieron.

And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.

Sei gnädig deinem Volk Israel, das du, der HERR, erlöset hast; lege nicht das unschuldige Blut auf dein Volk Israel! So werden sie über dem Blut versöhnet sein.

Expía á tu pueblo Israel, al cual redimiste, oh Jehová; y no imputes la sangre inocente derramada en medio de tu pueblo Israel. Y la sangre les será perdonada.

Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.

Forgive, LORD, your people Israel, whom you have redeemed, and don’t allow innocent blood among your people Israel.” The blood shall be forgiven them.

Also sollst du das unschuldige Blut von dir tun, daß du tust, was recht ist vor den Augen des HERRN.

Y tú quitarás la culpa de sangre inocente de en medio de ti, cuando hicieres lo que es recto en los ojos de Jehová.

So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

So you shall put away the innocent blood from among you, when you shall do that which is right in the LORD’s eyes.

Wenn du in einen Streit zeuchst wider deine Feinde, und der HERR, dein Gott, gibt dir sie in deine Hände, daß du ihre Gefangenen wegführest,

Cuando salieres á la guerra contra tus enemigos, y Jehová tu Dios los entregare en tu mano, y tomares de ellos cautivos,

When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,

When you go out to battle against your enemies, and the LORD your God delivers them into your hands and you carry them away captive,

und siehest unter den Gefangenen ein schön Weib und hast Lust zu ihr, daß du sie zum Weibe nehmest,

Y vieres entre los cautivos alguna mujer hermosa, y la codiciares, y la tomares para ti por mujer,

And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;

and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you are attracted to her, and desire to take her as your wife,

so führe sie in dein Haus und laß ihr das Haar abscheren und ihre Nägel beschneiden

La meterás en tu casa; y ella raerá su cabeza, y cortará sus uñas,

Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;

then you shall bring her home to your house. She shall shave her head and trim her nails.

und die Kleider ablegen, darinnen sie gefangen ist, und laß sie sitzen in deinem Hause und beweinen einen Mond lang ihren Vater und ihre Mutter; danach schlaf bei ihr und nimm sie zur Ehe und laß sie dein Weib sein.

Y se quitará el vestido de su cautiverio, y quedaráse en tu casa: y llorará á su padre y á su madre el tiempo de un mes: y después entrarás á ella, y tu serás su marido, y ella tu mujer.

And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.

She shall take off the clothing of her captivity, and shall remain in your house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month. After that you shall go in to her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.

Wenn du aber nicht Lust zu ihr hast, so sollst du sie auslassen, wo sie hin will, und nicht um Geld verkaufen noch versetzen, darum daß du sie gedemütiget hast.

Y será, si no te agradare, que la has de dejar en su libertad; y no la venderás por dinero, ni mercadearás con ella, por cuanto la afligiste.

And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

It shall be, if you have no delight in her, then you shall let her go where she desires; but you shall not sell her at all for money. You shall not deal with her as a slave, because you have humbled her.

Wenn jemand zwei Weiber hat, eine, die er lieb hat, und eine, die er hasset, und sie ihm Kinder gebären, beide die liebe und die feindselige, daß der Erstgeborene der feindseligen ist,

Cuando un hombre tuviere dos mujeres, la una amada y la otra aborrecida, y la amada y la aborrecida le parieren hijos, y el hijo primogénito fuere de la aborrecida;

If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:

If a man has two wives, the one beloved and the other hated, and they have borne him children, both the beloved and the hated, and if the firstborn son is hers who was hated,

und die Zeit kommt, daß er seinen Kindern das Erbe austeile, so kann er nicht den Sohn der liebsten zum erstgeborenen Sohn machen für den erstgeborenen Sohn der feindseligen,

Será que, el día que hiciere heredar á sus hijos lo que tuviere, no podrá dar el derecho de primogenitura á los hijos de la amada en preferencia al hijo de la aborrecida, que es el primogénito;

Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:

then it shall be, in the day that he causes his sons to inherit that which he has, that he may not give the son of the beloved the rights of the firstborn before the son of the hated, who is the firstborn;

sondern er soll den Sohn der feindseligen für den ersten Sohn erkennen, daß er ihm zwiefältig gebe alles, das vorhanden ist; denn derselbe ist seine erste Kraft, und der Erstgeburt Recht ist sein.

Mas al hijo de la aborrecida reconocerá por primogénito, para darle dos tantos de todo lo que se hallare que tiene: porque aquél es el principio de su fuerza, el derecho de la primogenitura es suyo.

But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.

Wenn jemand einen eigenwilligen und ungehorsamen Sohn hat, der seines Vaters und Mutter Stimme nicht gehorchet, und wenn sie ihn züchtigen, ihnen nicht gehorchen will,

Cuando alguno tuviere hijo contumaz y rebelde, que no obedeciere á la voz de su padre ni á la voz de su madre, y habiéndolo castigado, no les obedeciere;

If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:

If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and though they chasten him, will not listen to them,

so soll ihn sein Vater und Mutter greifen und zu den Ältesten der Stadt führen und zu dem Tor desselben Orts

Entonces tomarlo han su padre y su madre, y lo sacarán á los ancianos de su ciudad, y á la puerta del lugar suyo;

Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;

then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city and to the gate of his place.

und zu den Ältesten der Stadt sagen: Dieser unser Sohn ist eigenwillig und ungehorsam und gehorcht unserer Stimme nicht und ist ein Schlemmer und Trunkenbold.

Y dirán á los ancianos de la ciudad: Este nuestro hijo es contumaz y rebelde, no obedece á nuestra voz; es glotón y borracho.

And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

They shall tell the elders of his city, “This our son is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey our voice. He is a glutton and a drunkard.”

So sollen ihn steinigen alle Leute derselben Stadt, daß er sterbe, und sollst also den Bösen von dir tun, daß es ganz Israel höre und sich fürchte.

Entonces todos los hombres de su ciudad lo apedrearán con piedras, y morirá: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti; y todo Israel oirá, y temerá.

And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

All the men of his city shall stone him to death with stones. So you shall remove the evil from among you. All Israel shall hear, and fear.

Wenn jemand eine Sünde getan hat, die des Todes würdig ist, und wird also getötet, daß man ihn an ein Holz hänget,

Cuando en alguno hubiere pecado de sentencia de muerte, por el que haya de morir, y le habrás colgado en un madero,

And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:

If a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree,

so soll sein Leichnam nicht über Nacht an dem Holz bleiben, sondern sollst ihn desselben Tages begraben; denn ein Gehenkter ist verflucht bei Gott auf daß du dein Land nicht verunreinigest, das dir der HERR, dein Gott, gibt zum Erbe.

No estará su cuerpo por la noche en el madero, mas sin falta lo enterrarás el mismo día, porque maldición de Dios es el colgado: y no contaminarás tu tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad.

His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

his body shall not remain all night on the tree, but you shall surely bury him the same day; for he who is hanged is accursed of God. Don’t defile your land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance.
