Deuteronomio 21

Quando nella terra di cui l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti dà il possesso si troverà un uomo ucciso, disteso in un campo, senza che sappiasi chi l’abbia ucciso,

CUANDO fuere hallado en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas, muerto echado en el campo, y no se supiere quién lo hirió,

If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:

If someone is found slain in the land which the LORD your God gives you to possess, lying in the field, and it isn’t known who has struck him,

i tuoi anziani e i tuoi giudici usciranno e misureranno la distanza fra l’ucciso e le città dei dintorni.

Entonces tus ancianos y tus jueces saldrán y medirán hasta las ciudades que están alrededor del muerto:

Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:

then your elders and your judges shall come out, and they shall measure to the cities which are around him who is slain.

Poi gli anziani della città più vicina all’ucciso prenderanno una giovenca, che non abbia ancora lavorato né portato il giogo;

Y será, que los ancianos de aquella ciudad, de la ciudad más cercana al muerto, tomarán de la vacada una becerra que no haya servido, que no haya traído yugo;

And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;

It shall be that the elders of the city which is nearest to the slain man shall take a heifer of the herd, which hasn’t been worked with and which has not drawn in the yoke.

e gli anziani di quella città faranno scendere la giovenca presso un torrente perenne in luogo dove non si lavora e non si semina, e quivi troncheranno il collo alla giovenca nel torrente.

Y los ancianos de aquella ciudad traerán la becerra á un valle áspero, que nunca haya sido arado ni sembrado, y cortarán el pescuezo á la becerra allí en el valle.

And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley:

The elders of that city shall bring the heifer down to a valley with running water, which is neither plowed nor sown, and shall break the heifer’s neck there in the valley.

E i sacerdoti, figliuoli di Levi, si avvicineranno, poiché l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, li ha scelti per servirlo e per dare la benedizione nel nome dell’Eterno, e la loro parola ha da decidere ogni controversia e ogni caso di lesione.

Entonces vendrán los sacerdotes hijos de Leví, porque á ellos escogió Jehová tu Dios para que le sirvan, y para bendecir en nombre de Jehová; y por el dicho de ellos se determinará todo pleito y toda llaga.

And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:

The priests the sons of Levi shall come near, for them the LORD your God has chosen to minister to him, and to bless in the LORD’s name; and according to their word shall every controversy and every assault be decided.

Allora tutti gli anziani di quella città che sono i più vicini all’ucciso, si laveranno le mani sulla giovenca a cui si sarà troncato il collo nel torrente;

Y todos los ancianos de aquella ciudad más cercana al muerto lavarán sus manos sobre la becerra degollada en el valle.

And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:

All the elders of that city which is nearest to the slain man shall wash their hands over the heifer whose neck was broken in the valley.

e, prendendo la parola, diranno: “Le nostre mani non hanno sparso questo sangue, e i nostri occhi non l’hanno visto spargere.

Y protestarán, y dirán: Nuestras manos no han derramado esta sangre, ni nuestros ojos lo vieron.

And they shall answer and say, Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.

They shall answer and say, “Our hands have not shed this blood, neither have our eyes seen it.

O Eterno, perdona al tuo popolo Israele che tu hai riscattato, e non far responsabile il tuo popolo Israele del sangue innocente”. E quel sangue sparso sarà loro perdonato.

Expía á tu pueblo Israel, al cual redimiste, oh Jehová; y no imputes la sangre inocente derramada en medio de tu pueblo Israel. Y la sangre les será perdonada.

Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.

Forgive, LORD, your people Israel, whom you have redeemed, and don’t allow innocent blood among your people Israel.” The blood shall be forgiven them.

Così tu torrai via di mezzo a te il sangue innocente, perché avrai fatto ciò ch’è giusto agli occhi dell’Eterno.

Y tú quitarás la culpa de sangre inocente de en medio de ti, cuando hicieres lo que es recto en los ojos de Jehová.

So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

So you shall put away the innocent blood from among you, when you shall do that which is right in the LORD’s eyes.

Quando andrai alla guerra contro i tuoi nemici e l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, te li avrà dati nelle mani e tu avrai fatto de’ prigionieri,

Cuando salieres á la guerra contra tus enemigos, y Jehová tu Dios los entregare en tu mano, y tomares de ellos cautivos,

When thou goest forth to war against thine enemies, and the LORD thy God hath delivered them into thine hands, and thou hast taken them captive,

When you go out to battle against your enemies, and the LORD your God delivers them into your hands and you carry them away captive,

se vedrai tra i prigionieri una donna bella d’aspetto, e le porrai affezione e vorrai prendertela per moglie, la menerai in casa tua;

Y vieres entre los cautivos alguna mujer hermosa, y la codiciares, y la tomares para ti por mujer,

And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;

and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you are attracted to her, and desire to take her as your wife,

ella si raderà il capo, si taglierà le unghie,

La meterás en tu casa; y ella raerá su cabeza, y cortará sus uñas,

Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;

then you shall bring her home to your house. She shall shave her head and trim her nails.

si leverà il vestito che portava quando fu presa, dimorerà in casa tua, e piangerà suo padre e sua madre per un mese intero; poi entrerai da lei, e tu sarai suo marito, ed ella tua moglie.

Y se quitará el vestido de su cautiverio, y quedaráse en tu casa: y llorará á su padre y á su madre el tiempo de un mes: y después entrarás á ella, y tu serás su marido, y ella tu mujer.

And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.

She shall take off the clothing of her captivity, and shall remain in your house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month. After that you shall go in to her and be her husband, and she shall be your wife.

E se avvenga che non ti piaccia più, la lascerai andare dove vorrà; ma non la potrai in alcun modo vendere per danaro né trattare da schiava, giacché l’hai umiliata.

Y será, si no te agradare, que la has de dejar en su libertad; y no la venderás por dinero, ni mercadearás con ella, por cuanto la afligiste.

And it shall be, if thou have no delight in her, then thou shalt let her go whither she will; but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, thou shalt not make merchandise of her, because thou hast humbled her.

It shall be, if you have no delight in her, then you shall let her go where she desires; but you shall not sell her at all for money. You shall not deal with her as a slave, because you have humbled her.

Quand’un uomo avrà due mogli, l’una amata e l’altra odiata, e tanto l’amata quanto l’odiata gli avrà dato de’ figliuoli, se il primogenito è figliuolo dell’odiata,

Cuando un hombre tuviere dos mujeres, la una amada y la otra aborrecida, y la amada y la aborrecida le parieren hijos, y el hijo primogénito fuere de la aborrecida;

If a man have two wives, one beloved, and another hated, and they have born him children, both the beloved and the hated; and if the firstborn son be hers that was hated:

If a man has two wives, the one beloved and the other hated, and they have borne him children, both the beloved and the hated, and if the firstborn son is hers who was hated,

nel giorno ch’ei dividerà tra i suoi figliuoli i beni che possiede, non potrà far primogenito il figliuolo dell’amata, anteponendolo al figliuolo della odiata, che è il primogenito;

Será que, el día que hiciere heredar á sus hijos lo que tuviere, no podrá dar el derecho de primogenitura á los hijos de la amada en preferencia al hijo de la aborrecida, que es el primogénito;

Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:

then it shall be, in the day that he causes his sons to inherit that which he has, that he may not give the son of the beloved the rights of the firstborn before the son of the hated, who is the firstborn;

ma riconoscerà come primogenito il figliuolo dell’odiata, dandogli una parte doppia di tutto quello che possiede; poich’egli è la primizia del suo vigore, e a lui appartiene il diritto di primogenitura.

Mas al hijo de la aborrecida reconocerá por primogénito, para darle dos tantos de todo lo que se hallare que tiene: porque aquél es el principio de su fuerza, el derecho de la primogenitura es suyo.

But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength; the right of the firstborn is his.

but he shall acknowledge the firstborn, the son of the hated, by giving him a double portion of all that he has; for he is the beginning of his strength. The right of the firstborn is his.

Quando un uomo avrà un figliuolo caparbio e ribelle che non ubbidisce alla voce né di suo padre né di sua madre, e benché l’abbian castigato non da loro retta,

Cuando alguno tuviere hijo contumaz y rebelde, que no obedeciere á la voz de su padre ni á la voz de su madre, y habiéndolo castigado, no les obedeciere;

If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:

If a man has a stubborn and rebellious son who will not obey the voice of his father or the voice of his mother, and though they chasten him, will not listen to them,

suo padre e sua madre lo prenderanno e lo meneranno dagli anziani della sua città, alla porta del luogo dove abita,

Entonces tomarlo han su padre y su madre, y lo sacarán á los ancianos de su ciudad, y á la puerta del lugar suyo;

Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;

then his father and his mother shall take hold of him and bring him out to the elders of his city and to the gate of his place.

e diranno agli anziani della sua città: “Questo nostro figliuolo è caparbio e ribelle; non vuol ubbidire alla nostra voce, è un ghiotto e un ubriacone”;

Y dirán á los ancianos de la ciudad: Este nuestro hijo es contumaz y rebelde, no obedece á nuestra voz; es glotón y borracho.

And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

They shall tell the elders of his city, “This our son is stubborn and rebellious. He will not obey our voice. He is a glutton and a drunkard.”

e tutti gli uomini della sua città lo lapideranno, sì che muoia; così toglierai via di mezzo a te il male, e tutto Israele lo saprà e temerà.

Entonces todos los hombres de su ciudad lo apedrearán con piedras, y morirá: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti; y todo Israel oirá, y temerá.

And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

All the men of his city shall stone him to death with stones. So you shall remove the evil from among you. All Israel shall hear, and fear.

E quand’uno avrà commesso un delitto degno di morte, e tu l’avrai fatto morire e appiccato a un albero,

Cuando en alguno hubiere pecado de sentencia de muerte, por el que haya de morir, y le habrás colgado en un madero,

And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:

If a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree,

il suo cadavere non dovrà rimanere tutta la notte sull’albero, ma lo seppellirai senza fallo lo stesso giorno; perché l’appiccato è maledetto da Dio, e tu non contaminerai la terra che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, ti dà come eredità.

No estará su cuerpo por la noche en el madero, mas sin falta lo enterrarás el mismo día, porque maldición de Dios es el colgado: y no contaminarás tu tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad.

His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.

his body shall not remain all night on the tree, but you shall surely bury him the same day; for he who is hanged is accursed of God. Don’t defile your land which the LORD your God gives you for an inheritance.
