Si l'on trouve un homme assassiné dans le pays que le SEIGNEUR ton Dieu te donne en possession, étendu dans la campagne, et que l'on ignore qui l'a frappé,
CUANDO fuere hallado en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas, muerto echado en el campo, y no se supiere quién lo hirió,
If one be found slain in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it, lying in the field, and it be not known who hath slain him:
If someone is found slain in the land which the LORD your God gives you to possess, lying in the field, and it isn’t known who has struck him,
tes anciens et tes juges sortiront, et ils mesureront la distance jusqu'aux villes qui entourent la victime.
Entonces tus ancianos y tus jueces saldrán y medirán hasta las ciudades que están alrededor del muerto:
Then thy elders and thy judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain:
then your elders and your judges shall come out, and they shall measure to the cities which are around him who is slain.
Les anciens de la ville la plus proche de la victime prendront une génisse qui n'a pas encore servi au travail et qui n'a pas tiré au joug.
Y será, que los ancianos de aquella ciudad, de la ciudad más cercana al muerto, tomarán de la vacada una becerra que no haya servido, que no haya traído yugo;
And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take an heifer, which hath not been wrought with, and which hath not drawn in the yoke;
It shall be that the elders of the city which is nearest to the slain man shall take a heifer of the herd, which hasn’t been worked with and which has not drawn in the yoke.
Les anciens de cette ville feront descendre la génisse dans une vallée traversée par un cours d'eau, qui n'est ni labourée ni semée, et là, dans la vallée, ils briseront la nuque de la génisse.
Y los ancianos de aquella ciudad traerán la becerra á un valle áspero, que nunca haya sido arado ni sembrado, y cortarán el pescuezo á la becerra allí en el valle.
And the elders of that city shall bring down the heifer unto a rough valley, which is neither eared nor sown, and shall strike off the heifer’s neck there in the valley:

Les prêtres, fils de Lévi, s'approcheront, car ce sont eux que le SEIGNEUR ton Dieu a choisis pour le servir et pour bénir au nom du SEIGNEUR ; et c'est sur leur parole que sera tranché tout litige et tout acte de violence.
Entonces vendrán los sacerdotes hijos de Leví, porque á ellos escogió Jehová tu Dios para que le sirvan, y para bendecir en nombre de Jehová; y por el dicho de ellos se determinará todo pleito y toda llaga.
And the priests the sons of Levi shall come near; for them the LORD thy God hath chosen to minister unto him, and to bless in the name of the LORD; and by their word shall every controversy and every stroke be tried:

Tous les anciens de cette ville la plus proche de la victime se laveront les mains sur la génisse dont on a brisé la nuque dans la vallée.
Y todos los ancianos de aquella ciudad más cercana al muerto lavarán sus manos sobre la becerra degollada en el valle.
And all the elders of that city, that are next unto the slain man, shall wash their hands over the heifer that is beheaded in the valley:

Ils déclareront : « Nos mains n'ont pas versé ce sang, et nos yeux ne l'ont pas vu.
Y protestarán, y dirán: Nuestras manos no han derramado esta sangre, ni nuestros ojos lo vieron.

Expía á tu pueblo Israel, al cual redimiste, oh Jehová; y no imputes la sangre inocente derramada en medio de tu pueblo Israel. Y la sangre les será perdonada.
Be merciful, O LORD, unto thy people Israel, whom thou hast redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto thy people of Israel’s charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them.

Ainsi, tu feras disparaître du milieu de toi le sang innocent, en faisant ce qui est droit aux yeux du SEIGNEUR.
Y tú quitarás la culpa de sangre inocente de en medio de ti, cuando hicieres lo que es recto en los ojos de Jehová.
So shalt thou put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when thou shalt do that which is right in the sight of the LORD.

si tu vois parmi les captifs une femme belle de figure, que tu sois attiré par elle et que tu désires la prendre pour femme,
Y vieres entre los cautivos alguna mujer hermosa, y la codiciares, y la tomares para ti por mujer,
And seest among the captives a beautiful woman, and hast a desire unto her, that thou wouldest have her to thy wife;
and see among the captives a beautiful woman, and you are attracted to her, and desire to take her as your wife,
alors tu l'amèneras dans ta maison. Elle se rasera la tête et se coupera les ongles.
La meterás en tu casa; y ella raerá su cabeza, y cortará sus uñas,
Then thou shalt bring her home to thine house; and she shall shave her head, and pare her nails;
then you shall bring her home to your house. She shall shave her head and trim her nails.
Elle quittera ses vêtements de captive, elle demeurera dans ta maison, et elle pleurera son père et sa mère pendant un mois entier. Après cela, tu pourras t'unir à elle et être son mari, et elle sera ta femme.
Y se quitará el vestido de su cautiverio, y quedaráse en tu casa: y llorará á su padre y á su madre el tiempo de un mes: y después entrarás á ella, y tu serás su marido, y ella tu mujer.
And she shall put the raiment of her captivity from off her, and shall remain in thine house, and bewail her father and her mother a full month: and after that thou shalt go in unto her, and be her husband, and she shall be thy wife.

alors, le jour où il partagera son héritage entre ses fils, il ne pourra pas accorder le droit d'aînesse au fils de l'aimée au détriment du fils de la mal-aimée, qui est le véritable premier-né.
Será que, el día que hiciere heredar á sus hijos lo que tuviere, no podrá dar el derecho de primogenitura á los hijos de la amada en preferencia al hijo de la aborrecida, que es el primogénito;
Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath, that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated, which is indeed the firstborn:

Mais il reconnaîtra comme premier-né le fils de la mal-aimée, en lui donnant une double part de tout ce qu'il possède ; car ce fils est les prémices de sa vigueur. Le droit d'aînesse lui appartient.
Mas al hijo de la aborrecida reconocerá por primogénito, para darle dos tantos de todo lo que se hallare que tiene: porque aquél es el principio de su fuerza, el derecho de la primogenitura es suyo.

Cuando alguno tuviere hijo contumaz y rebelde, que no obedeciere á la voz de su padre ni á la voz de su madre, y habiéndolo castigado, no les obedeciere;
If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:

alors son père et sa mère se saisiront de lui et l'amèneront devant les anciens de sa ville, à la porte de sa localité.
Entonces tomarlo han su padre y su madre, y lo sacarán á los ancianos de su ciudad, y á la puerta del lugar suyo;
Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;

Ils diront aux anciens de sa ville : « Voici notre fils, il est obstiné et rebelle. Il n'obéit pas à notre voix. C'est un glouton et un ivrogne. »
Y dirán á los ancianos de la ciudad: Este nuestro hijo es contumaz y rebelde, no obedece á nuestra voz; es glotón y borracho.
And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

Tous les hommes de sa ville le lapideront jusqu'à ce qu'il meure. Ainsi, tu feras disparaître le mal du milieu de toi. Tout Israël l'entendra et sera dans la crainte.
Entonces todos los hombres de su ciudad lo apedrearán con piedras, y morirá: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti; y todo Israel oirá, y temerá.
And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

Si un homme a commis un crime digne de mort, qu'il soit mis à mort et que tu le pendes à un arbre,
Cuando en alguno hubiere pecado de sentencia de muerte, por el que haya de morir, y le habrás colgado en un madero,
And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree:
If a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree,
son cadavre ne demeurera pas toute la nuit sur l'arbre, mais tu devras l'enterrer le jour même ; car celui qui est pendu est maudit de Dieu. Tu ne souilleras pas la terre que le SEIGNEUR ton Dieu te donne en héritage.
No estará su cuerpo por la noche en el madero, mas sin falta lo enterrarás el mismo día, porque maldición de Dios es el colgado: y no contaminarás tu tierra, que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad.
His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the LORD thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
