17ed ecco, egli le ha apposte cose che dànno cagione che se ne sparli, dicendo: Io non ho trovata vergine la tua figliuola; e pure, ecco il segnal della virginità della mia figliuola. E stendano quel panno davanti agli Anziani della città.

17And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.
