Deuteronomio 22

Du sollst den Ochsen deines Bruders oder sein Kleinvieh nicht sich verlaufen sehen und dich denselben entziehen, sondern sie zurück zu deinem Bruder bringen.

NO verás el buey de tu hermano, ó su cordero, perdidos, y te retirarás de ellos: precisamente los volverás á tu hermano.

Thou shalt not see thy brother’s ox or his sheep go astray, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt in any case bring them again unto thy brother.

You shall not see your brother’s ox or his sheep go astray and hide yourself from them. You shall surely bring them again to your brother.

Und ist dein Bruder nicht nahe bei dir, und du kennst ihn nicht, so nimm sie zu dir mitten in dein Haus, daß es bei dir sei, bis dein Bruder nachfragt und du es ihm zurückgibst.

Y si tu hermano no fuere tu vecino, ó no le conocieres, los recogerás en tu casa, y estarán contigo hasta que tu hermano los busque, y se los devolverás.

And if thy brother be not nigh unto thee, or if thou know him not, then thou shalt bring it unto thine own house, and it shall be with thee until thy brother seek after it, and thou shalt restore it to him again.

If your brother isn’t near to you, or if you don’t know him, then you shall bring it home to your house, and it shall be with you until your brother comes looking for it, and you shall restore it to him.

Und also sollst du tun mit seinem Esel, und sollst also tun mit seinem Gewand, und also tun mit allem Verlorenen deines Bruders, das von ihm verloren wird. So du es findest, vermagst du nicht dich zu entziehen.

Y así harás de su asno, así harás también de su vestido, y lo mismo harás con toda cosa perdida de tu hermano que se le perdiere, y tú la hallares: no podrás retraerte de ello.

In like manner shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his raiment; and with all lost thing of thy brother’s, which he hath lost, and thou hast found, shalt thou do likewise: thou mayest not hide thyself.

So you shall do with his donkey. So you shall do with his garment. So you shall do with every lost thing of your brother’s, which he has lost and you have found. You may not hide yourself.

Du sollst den Esel deines Bruders oder seinen Ochsen nicht auf dem Wege fallen sehen und dich denselben entziehen; sondern sollst sie mit ihm aufrichten.

No verás el asno de tu hermano, ó su buey, caídos en el camino, y te esconderás de ellos: con él has de procurar levantarlos.

Thou shalt not see thy brother’s ass or his ox fall down by the way, and hide thyself from them: thou shalt surely help him to lift them up again.

You shall not see your brother’s donkey or his ox fallen down by the way, and hide yourself from them. You shall surely help him to lift them up again.

Mannesgeräte soll auf keinem Weibe sein, und das Gewand eines Weibes soll kein Mann anziehen, denn ein jeder, der solches tut, ist Jehovah, deinem Gott, ein Greuel.

No vestirá la mujer hábito de hombre, ni el hombre vestirá ropa de mujer; porque abominación es á Jehová tu Dios cualquiera que esto hace.

The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

A woman shall not wear men’s clothing, neither shall a man put on women’s clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD your God.

Triffst du ein Vogelnest vor dir auf einem Weg auf irgendeinem Baum oder auf der Erde, mit einer Brut oder Eiern, und die Mutter sitzt auf der Brut oder auf den Eiern, so sollst du nicht die Mutter samt den Jungen aufnehmen.

Cuando topares en el camino algún nido de ave en cualquier árbol, ó sobre la tierra, con pollos ó huevos, y estuviere la madre echada sobre los pollos ó sobre los huevos, no tomes la madre con los hijos:

If a bird’s nest chance to be before thee in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they be young ones, or eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young:

If you come across a bird’s nest on the way, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs, and the hen sitting on the young, or on the eggs, you shall not take the hen with the young.

Entlaß die Mutter und nimm für dich die Jungen, auf daß es dir gut ergehe und du die Tage verlängerst.

Dejarás ir á la madre, y tomarás los pollos para ti; para que te vaya bien, y prolongues tus días.

But thou shalt in any wise let the dam go, and take the young to thee; that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days.

You shall surely let the hen go, but the young you may take for yourself, that it may be well with you, and that you may prolong your days.

Wenn du ein neues Haus baust, so mache ein Geländer um dein Dach, daß du nicht Blut ladest auf dein Haus, so jemand davon hinunterfiele.

Cuando edificares casa nueva, harás pretil á tu terrado, porque no pongas sangre en tu casa, si de él cayere alguno.

When thou buildest a new house, then thou shalt make a battlement for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thine house, if any man fall from thence.

When you build a new house, then you shall make a railing around your roof, so that you don’t bring blood on your house if anyone falls from there.

Säe nicht zweierlei in deinem Weinberg, daß nicht die Fülle des Samens, den du säst, samt dem Ertrag des Weinbergs dem Heiligtum verfalle.

No sembrarás tu viña de varias semillas, porque no se deprave la plenitud de la semilla que sembraste, y el fruto de la viña.

Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with divers seeds: lest the fruit of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the fruit of thy vineyard, be defiled.

You shall not sow your vineyard with two kinds of seed, lest all the fruit be defiled, the seed which you have sown, and the increase of the vineyard.

Du sollst nicht pflügen mit einem Ochsen und einem Esel zusammen.

No ararás con buey y con asno juntamente.

Thou shalt not plow with an ox and an ass together.

You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.

Du sollst nicht anziehen Zeug von zweierlei Stoff, Wolle und Flachs zusammen;

No te vestirás de mistura, de lana y lino juntamente.

Thou shalt not wear a garment of divers sorts, as of woollen and linen together.

You shall not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.

Fransen sollst du dir machen an den vier Zipfeln deines Mantels, mit dem du dich bedeckst.

Hacerte has flecos en los cuatro cabos de tu manto con que te cubrieres.

Thou shalt make thee fringes upon the four quarters of thy vesture, wherewith thou coverest thyself.

You shall make yourselves fringes on the four corners of your cloak with which you cover yourself.

Wenn ein Mann ein Weib nimmt und geht ein zu ihr und haßt sie,

Cuando alguno tomare mujer, y después de haber entrado á ella la aborreciere,

If any man take a wife, and go in unto her, and hate her,

If any man takes a wife, and goes in to her, hates her,

Und legt ihr erdichtete Dinge bei, und bringt einen bösen Namen aus über sie und sagt: Dies Weib habe ich genommen und mich ihr genaht, aber die Jungfrauschaft bei ihr nicht gefunden,

Y le pusiere algunas faltas, y esparciere sobre ella mala fama, y dijere: Esta tomé por mujer, y llegué á ella, y no la hallé virgen;

And give occasions of speech against her, and bring up an evil name upon her, and say, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a maid:

accuses her of shameful things, gives her a bad name, and says, “I took this woman, and when I came near to her, I didn’t find in her the tokens of virginity;”

Da sollen der Vater des Mädchens und ihre Mutter die Zeichen der Jungfrauschaft des Mädchens nehmen und zu den Ältesten der Stadt nach dem Tore hinausbringen.

Entonces el padre de la moza y su madre tomarán, y sacarán las señales de la virginidad de la doncella á los ancianos de la ciudad, en la puerta.

Then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel’s virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate:

then the young lady’s father and mother shall take and bring the tokens of the young lady’s virginity to the elders of the city in the gate.

Und der Vater des Mädchens spreche zu den Ältesten: Meine Tochter habe ich diesem Manne zum Weibe gegeben, und er haßt sie.

Y dirá el padre de la moza á los ancianos: Yo dí mi hija á este hombre por mujer, y él la aborrece;

And the damsel’s father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man to wife, and he hateth her;

The young lady’s father shall tell the elders, “I gave my daughter to this man as his wife, and he hates her.

Und siehe, er legt ihr erdichtete Dinge bei und sagt: Ich habe bei deiner Tochter die Jungfrauschaft nicht gefunden. Und das hier ist die Jungfrauschaft meiner Tochter. Und sie sollen ausbreiten das Gewand vor den Ältesten der Stadt.

Y, he aquí, él le pone tachas de algunas cosas, diciendo: No he hallado tu hija virgen; empero, he aquí las señales de la virginidad de mi hija. Y extenderán la sábana delante de los ancianos de la ciudad.

And, lo, he hath given occasions of speech against her, saying, I found not thy daughter a maid; and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

Behold, he has accused her of shameful things, saying, ‘I didn’t find in your daughter the tokens of virginity;’ and yet these are the tokens of my daughter’s virginity.” They shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city.

Und die Ältesten dieser Stadt sollen den Mann nehmen und ihn züchtigen.

Entonces los ancianos de la ciudad tomarán al hombre y lo castigarán;

And the elders of that city shall take that man and chastise him;

The elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him.

Und sollen ihn büßen um hundert Schekel Silbers, und es dem Vater des Mädchens geben, weil er einen bösen Namen über eine Jungfrau Israels ausbrachte; und sie soll sein Weib sein, und er vermag nicht sie zu entlassen alle Tage.

Y le han de penar en cien piezas de plata, las cuales darán al padre de la moza, por cuanto esparció mala fama sobre virgen de Israel: y la ha de tener por mujer, y no podrá despedirla en todos sus días.

And they shall amerce him in an hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath brought up an evil name upon a virgin of Israel: and she shall be his wife; he may not put her away all his days.

They shall fine him one hundred shekels of silver, and give them to the father of the young lady, because he has given a bad name to a virgin of Israel. She shall be his wife. He may not put her away all his days.

Ist aber dieses Wort wahr und hat sich keine Jungfrauschaft bei dem Mädchen gefunden;

Mas si este negocio fué verdad, que no se hubiere hallado virginidad en la moza,

But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel:

But if this thing is true, that the tokens of virginity were not found in the young lady,

So führe man das Mädchen hinaus an den Eingang von ihres Vaters Haus, und die Männer der Stadt sollen sie steinigen mit Steinen, daß sie stirbt; denn sie hat Torheit getan in Israel, daß sie in ihres Vaters Hause gebuhlt hat; und du sollst wegschaffen das Böse aus deiner Mitte.

Entonces la sacarán á la puerta de la casa de su padre, y la apedrearán con piedras los hombres de su ciudad, y morirá; por cuanto hizo vileza en Israel fornicando en casa de su padre: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.

Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father’s house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you.

then they shall bring out the young lady to the door of her father’s house, and the men of her city shall stone her to death with stones, because she has done folly in Israel, to play the prostitute in her father’s house. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

Wenn ein Mann gefunden wird bei einem Weibe liegen, die einem Gemahl vermählt ist, so sollen sie beide sterben, der Mann, der bei dem Weibe lag und das Weib, und du sollst wegschaffen das Böse aus Israel.

Cuando se sorprendiere alguno echado con mujer casada con marido, entrambos morirán, el hombre que se acostó con la mujer, y la mujer: así quitarás el mal de Israel.

If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel.

If a man is found lying with a woman married to a husband, then they shall both die, the man who lay with the woman and the woman. So you shall remove the evil from Israel.

Ist ein Mädchen, eine Jungfrau, einem Manne verlobt und ein Mann findet sie in der Stadt und liegt bei ihr,

Cuando fuere moza virgen desposada con alguno, y alguno la hallare en la ciudad, y se echare con ella;

If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

If there is a young lady who is a virgin pledged to be married to a husband, and a man finds her in the city, and lies with her,

So sollt ihr sie beide nach dem Tore dieser Stadt hinausführen und sie steinigen mit Steinen, daß sie sterben: das Mädchen, weil sie nicht geschrien hat in der Stadt, und den Mann, weil er das Weib seines Genossen geschwächt hat. Und du sollst wegschaffen das Böse aus deiner Mitte.

Entonces los sacaréis á ambos á la puerta de aquella ciudad, y los apedrearéis con piedras, y morirán; la moza porque no dió voces en la ciudad, y el hombre porque humilló á la mujer de su prójimo: así quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.

Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour’s wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones; the lady, because she didn’t cry, being in the city; and the man, because he has humbled his neighbor’s wife. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

Wenn aber der Mann das verlobte Mädchen auf dem Felde findet, und der Mann faßt sie und liegt bei ihr, so soll der Mann, der bei ihr lag, alleine sterben.

Mas si el hombre halló una moza desposada en el campo, y él la agarrare, y se echare con ella, morirá sólo el hombre que con ella se habrá echado;

But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die:

But if the man finds the lady who is pledged to be married in the field, and the man forces her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die;

Dem Mädchen tue aber nichts; denn auf dem Mädchen ist keine Todsünde; denn wie wenn ein Mann sich aufmacht über seinen Genossen und ihn totschlägt, so ist diese Sache.

Y á la moza no harás nada; no tiene la moza culpa de muerte: porque como cuando alguno se levanta contra su prójimo, y le quita la vida, así es esto:

But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:

but to the lady you shall do nothing. There is in the lady no sin worthy of death; for as when a man rises against his neighbor and kills him, even so is this matter;

Denn auf dem Felde hat er sie gefunden. Das verlobte Mädchen schrie, aber niemand half ihr.

Porque él la halló en el campo: dió voces la moza desposada, y no hubo quien la valiese.

For he found her in the field, and the betrothed damsel cried, and there was none to save her.

for he found her in the field, the pledged to be married lady cried, and there was no one to save her.

Wenn aber ein Mann ein Mädchen, eine Jungfrau, findet, die nicht verlobt ist, und sie erfaßt und liegt bei ihr und man findet sie:

Cuando alguno hallare moza virgen, que no fuere desposada, y la tomare, y se echare con ella, y fueren hallados;

If a man find a damsel that is a virgin, which is not betrothed, and lay hold on her, and lie with her, and they be found;

If a man finds a lady who is a virgin, who is not pledged to be married, grabs her and lies with her, and they are found,

So soll der Mann, der bei ihr gelegen, dem Vater des Mädchens fünfzig Schekel Silbers geben, und sie soll sein Weib sein; weil er sie geschwächt hat, vermag er sie nicht zu entlassen alle seine Tage.

Entonces el hombre que se echó con ella dará al padre de la moza cincuenta piezas de plata, y ella será su mujer, por cuanto la humilló: no la podrá despedir en todos sus días.

Then the man that lay with her shall give unto the damsel’s father fifty shekels of silver, and she shall be his wife; because he hath humbled her, he may not put her away all his days.

then the man who lay with her shall give to the lady’s father fifty shekels of silver. She shall be his wife, because he has humbled her. He may not put her away all his days.

No tomará alguno la mujer de su padre, ni descubrirá el regazo de su padre.

A man shall not take his father’s wife, nor discover his father’s skirt.

A man shall not take his father’s wife, and shall not uncover his father’s skirt.
