Lorsqu'un homme prendra une femme et l'épousera, s'il arrive qu'elle perde sa faveur parce qu'il a découvert en elle quelque chose d'inconvenant, il rédigera pour elle un acte de divorce, le lui remettra en main propre, et la renverra de sa maison.
CUANDO alguno tomare mujer y se casare con ella, si no le agradare por haber hallado en ella alguna cosa torpe, le escribirá carta de repudio, y se la entregará en su mano, y despedirála de su casa.
When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
When a man takes a wife and marries her, then it shall be, if she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some unseemly thing in her, that he shall write her a certificate of divorce, put it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
Une fois sortie de sa maison, elle pourra s'en aller et devenir la femme d'un autre homme.

Lorsqu'un homme viendra de se marier, il ne partira pas à l'armée et on ne lui imposera aucune charge publique. Il sera libre de rester chez lui pendant un an, et il réjouira la femme qu'il a prise.

Cuando dieres á tu prójimo alguna cosa emprestada, no entrarás en su casa para tomarle prenda:
When thou dost lend thy brother any thing, thou shalt not go into his house to fetch his pledge.

Tu te tiendras dehors, et l'homme à qui tu as fait le prêt t'apportera le gage dehors.
Fuera estarás, y el hombre á quien prestaste, te sacará afuera la prenda.

S'il s'agit d'un homme pauvre, tu ne te coucheras pas en gardant son gage.

Tu veilleras à lui rendre le gage au coucher du soleil, afin qu'il puisse dormir dans son vêtement et qu'il te bénisse. Cela te sera compté comme la justice devant le SEIGNEUR ton Dieu.
Precisamente le devolverás la prenda cuando el sol se ponga, para que duerma en su ropa, y te bendiga: y te será justicia delante de Jehová tu Dios.
In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.

Tu n'exploiteras pas le salarié pauvre et indigent, qu'il soit l'un de tes frères ou l'un des étrangers qui résident dans ton pays, à l'intérieur de tes portes.
No hagas agravio al jornalero pobre y menesteroso, así de tus hermanos como de tus extranjeros que están en tu tierra en tus ciudades:

Tu te souviendras que tu as été esclave au pays d'Égypte. C'est pourquoi je t'ordonne de mettre cela en pratique.
