Si un hombre toma una mujer, y después de haber cohabitado con ella, viniere a ser mal vista de él por algún vicio notable, hará una escritura de repudio, y la pondrá en mano de la mujer, y la despedirá de su casa.
CUANDO alguno tomare mujer y se casare con ella, si no le agradare por haber hallado en ella alguna cosa torpe, le escribirá carta de repudio, y se la entregará en su mano, y despedirála de su casa.
When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
When a man takes a wife and marries her, then it shall be, if she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some unseemly thing in her, that he shall write her a certificate of divorce, put it in her hand, and send her out of his house.
Si después de haber salido toma otro marido,

no podrá el primer marido volverla a tomar por mujer; pues quedó amancillada y hecha abominable delante del Señor; no sufras que con un tal pecado sea contaminada la tierra, cuya posesión te ha de dar el Señor Dios tuyo.
No podrá su primer marido, que la despidió, volverla á tomar para que sea su mujer, después que fué amancillada; porque es abominación delante de Jehová, y no has de pervertir la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad.

Cuando vayas a cobrar de tu prójimo alguna deuda, no entres en su casa para tomarle prenda;

sino que te quedarás afuera, y él te sacará lo que tuviere.
Fuera estarás, y el hombre á quien prestaste, te sacará afuera la prenda.
Thou shalt stand abroad, and the man to whom thou dost lend shall bring out the pledge abroad unto thee.

Mas si es pobre, no pernoctará la prenda en tu casa;

sino que se la restituirás antes que se ponga el sol, para que durmiendo en su ropa, te bendiga, y tengas mérito delante del Señor Dios tuyo.
Precisamente le devolverás la prenda cuando el sol se ponga, para que duerma en su ropa, y te bendiga: y te será justicia delante de Jehová tu Dios.
In any case thou shalt deliver him the pledge again when the sun goeth down, that he may sleep in his own raiment, and bless thee: and it shall be righteousness unto thee before the LORD thy God.

No negarás el jornal a tu hermano menesteroso y pobre, o al forastero que mora contigo en la tierra y dentro de tus ciudades;

sino que le pagarás en el mismo día antes de ponerse el sol el salario de su trabajo, porque es un pobre y con eso sustenta su vida: no sea que clame contra ti al Señor, y se te impute a pecado.
En su día le darás su jornal, y no se pondrá el sol sin dárselo: pues es pobre, y con él sustenta su vida: porque no clame contra ti á Jehová, y sea en ti pecado.

cuando segares las mieses en tu campo, y por descuido dejares una gavilla, no vuelvas atrás a cogerla, sino que la dejarás para que se la lleve el forastero, el huérfano y la viuda; para que el Señor tu Dios te bendiga en todas las obras de tus manos.
Cuando segares tu mies en tu campo, y olvidares alguna gavilla en el campo, no volverás á tomarla: para el extranjero, para el huérfano, y para la viuda será; porque te bendiga Jehová tu Dios en toda obra de tus manos.

Cuando cojas las aceitunas, no vuelvas a recoger las que quedaren en los árboles; sino que las has de dejar para el forastero, el huérfano y la viuda.

Cuando veindimiares tu viña, no has de rebuscar los racimos que quedan; sino que cederán en utilidad del forastero, del huérfano y de la viuda.
