Deuteronomio 27

'Maldito o homem que usar a força para retirar a justiça do estrangeiro, do órfão ou da viúva'. Então, todo o povo responderá: 'Amém!'.

Maldito el que torciere el derecho del extranjero, del huérfano, y de la viuda. Y dirá todo el pueblo: Amén.

Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.

‘Cursed is he who withholds justice from the foreigner, fatherless, and widow.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
