Deuteronomio 27

Verflucht sei, wer das Recht des Fremdlings, des Waisleins und der Witwe beugt! Und alles Volk soll sagen: Amen!

Maldito el que torciere el derecho del extranjero, del huérfano, y de la viuda. Y dirá todo el pueblo: Amén.

Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.

‘Cursed is he who withholds justice from the foreigner, fatherless, and widow.’ All the people shall say, ‘Amen.’
