Deuteronomio 29

Queste sono le parole del patto che l’Eterno comandò a Mosè di stabilire coi figliuoli d’Israele nel paese di Moab, oltre il patto che avea stabilito con essi a Horeb.

ESTAS son las palabras del pacto que Jehová mandó á Moisés concertara con los hijos de Israel en la tierra de Moab, además del pacto que concertó con ellos en Horeb.

These are the words of the covenant, which the LORD commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb.

Mosè convocò dunque tutto Israele, e disse loro: “Voi avete veduto tutto quello che l’Eterno ha fatto sotto gli occhi vostri, nel paese d’Egitto, a Faraone, a tutti i suoi servitori e a tutto il suo paese;

Moisés pues llamó á todo Israel, y díjoles: Vosotros habéis visto todo lo que Jehová ha hecho delante de vuestros ojos en la tierra de Egipto á Faraón y á todos sus siervos, y á toda su tierra:

And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that the LORD did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land;

gli occhi tuoi han vedute le calamità grandi con le quali furon provati, quei miracoli, quei gran prodigi;

Las pruebas grandes que vieron tus ojos, las señales, y las grandes maravillas.

The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles:

the great trials which your eyes saw, the signs, and those great wonders.

ma, fino a questo giorno, l’Eterno non v’ha dato un cuore per comprendere, né occhi per vedere, né orecchi per udire.

Y Jehová no os dió corazón para entender, ni ojos para ver, ni oídos para oir, hasta el día de hoy.

Yet the LORD hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day.

Io vi ho condotti quarant’anni nel deserto; le vostre vesti non vi si son logorate addosso, né i vostri calzari vi si son logorati ai piedi.

Y yo os he traído cuarenta años por el desierto: vuestros vestidos no se han envejecido sobre vosotros, ni tu zapato se ha envejecido sobre tu pie.

And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot.

Non avete mangiato pane, non avete bevuto vino né bevanda alcoolica, affinché conosceste che io sono l’Eterno, il vostro Dio.

No habéis comido pan, ni bebisteis vino ni sidra: para que supieseis que yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios.

Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am the LORD your God.

E quando siete arrivati a questo luogo, e Sihon re di Heshbon, e Og re di Basan sono usciti contro noi per combattere, noi li abbiamo sconfitti,

And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we smote them:

abbiam preso il loro paese, e l’abbiam dato come proprietà ai Rubeniti, ai Gaditi e alla mezza tribù di Manasse.

Y tomamos su tierra, y dímosla por heredad á Rubén y á Gad, y á la media tribu de Manasés.

Osservate dunque le parole di questo patto e mettetele in pratica, affinché prosperiate in tutto ciò che farete.

Oggi voi comparite tutti davanti all’Eterno, al vostro Dio, i vostri capi, le vostre tribù, i vostri anziani, i vostri ufficiali, tutti gli uomini d’Israele,

Vosotros todos estáis hoy delante de Jehová vuestro Dios; vuestros príncipes de vuestras tribus, vuestros ancianos, y vuestros oficiales, todos los varones de Israel,

Ye stand this day all of you before the LORD your God; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel,

All of you stand today in the presence of the LORD your God: your heads, your tribes, your elders, and your officers, even all the men of Israel,

i vostri bambini, le vostre mogli, lo straniero ch’è in mezzo al tuo campo, da colui che ti spacca le legna a colui che ti attinge l’acqua,

Vuestros niños, vuestras mujeres, y tus extranjeros que habitan en medio de tu campo, desde el que corta tu leña hasta el que saca tus aguas:

Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water:

your little ones, your wives, and the foreigners who are in the middle of your camps, from the one who cuts your wood to the one who draws your water,

per entrare nel patto dell’Eterno, ch’è il tuo Dio: patto fermato con giuramento, e che l’Eterno, il tuo Dio, fa oggi con te,

Para que entres en el pacto de Jehová tu Dios, y en su juramento, que Jehová tu Dios acuerda hoy contigo:

That thou shouldest enter into covenant with the LORD thy God, and into his oath, which the LORD thy God maketh with thee this day:

that you may enter into the covenant of the LORD your God, and into his oath, which the LORD your God makes with you today,

per stabilirti oggi come suo popolo, e per esser tuo Dio, come ti disse e come giurò ai tuoi padri, ad Abrahamo, ad Isacco e a Giacobbe.

Para confirmarte hoy por su pueblo, y que él te sea á ti por Dios, de la manera que él te ha dicho, y como él juró á tus padres Abraham, Isaac, y Jacob.

That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a God, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

E non con voi soltanto fo io questo patto e questo giuramento,

Y no con vosotros solos acuerdo yo este pacto y este juramento,

Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath;

Neither do I make this covenant and this oath with you only,

ma con quelli che stanno qui oggi con noi davanti all’Eterno, ch’è l’Iddio nostro, e con quelli che non son qui oggi con noi.

Sino con los que están aquí presentes hoy con nosotros delante de Jehová nuestro Dios, y con los que no están aquí hoy con nosotros.

But with him that standeth here with us this day before the LORD our God, and also with him that is not here with us this day:

but with those who stand here with us today before the LORD our God, and also with those who are not here with us today

Poiché voi sapete come abbiam dimorato nel paese d’Egitto, e come siam passati per mezzo alle nazioni, che avete attraversate;

Porque vosotros sabéis cómo habitamos en la tierra de Egipto, y cómo hemos pasado por medio de las gentes que habéis pasado;

(For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which ye passed by;

(for you know how we lived in the land of Egypt, and how we came through the middle of the nations through which you passed;

e avete vedute le loro abominazioni e gl’idoli di legno, di pietra, d’argento e d’oro, che son fra quelle.

Y habéis visto sus abominaciones, y sus ídolos, madera y piedra, plata y oro, que tienen consigo.

And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them:)

Non siavi tra voi uomo o donna o famiglia o tribù che volga oggi il cuore lungi dall’Eterno, ch’è il nostro Dio, per andare a servire agli dèi di quelle nazioni; non siavi tra voi radice alcuna che produca veleno e assenzio;

Quizá habrá entre vosotros varón, ó mujer, ó familia, ó tribu, cuyo corazón se vuelva hoy de con Jehová nuestro Dios, por andar á servir á los dioses de aquellas gentes; quizá habrá en vosotros raíz que eche veneno y ajenjo;

Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from the LORD our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;

lest there should be among you man, woman, family, or tribe whose heart turns away today from the LORD our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations; lest there should be among you a root that produces bitter poison;

e non avvenga che alcuno, dopo aver udito le parole di questo giuramento, si lusinghi in cuor suo dicendo: “Avrò pace, anche se camminerò secondo la caparbietà del mio cuore”; in guisa che chi ha bevuto largamente tragga a perdizione chi ha sete.

Y sea que, cuando el tal oyere las palabras de esta maldición, él se bendiga en su corazón, diciendo: Tendré paz, aunque ande según el pensamiento de mi corazón, para añadir la embriaguez á la sed:

And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst:

and it happen, when he hears the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, “I shall have peace, though I walk in the stubbornness of my heart,” to destroy the moist with the dry.

L’Eterno non vorrà perdonargli; ma in tal caso l’ira dell’Eterno e la sua gelosia s’infiammeranno contro quell’uomo, tutte le maledizioni scritte in questo libro si poseranno su lui, e l’Eterno cancellerà il nome di lui di sotto al cielo;

Jehová no querrá perdonarle; antes humeará luego el furor de Jehová y su celo sobre el tal hombre, y asentaráse sobre él toda maldición escrita en este libro, y Jehová raerá su nombre de debajo del cielo:

The LORD will not spare him, but then the anger of the LORD and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and the LORD shall blot out his name from under heaven.

The LORD will not pardon him, but then the LORD’s anger and his jealousy will smoke against that man, and all the curse that is written in this book will fall on him, and the LORD will blot out his name from under the sky.

l’Eterno lo separerà, per sua sventura, da tutte le tribù d’Israele, secondo tutte le maledizioni del patto scritto in questo libro della legge.

Y apartarálo Jehová de todas las tribus de Israel para mal, conforme á todas las maldiciones del pacto escrito en este libro de la ley.

And the LORD shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law:

La generazione a venire, i vostri figliuoli che sorgeranno dopo di voi, e lo straniero che verrà da paese lontano, anzi tutte le nazioni, quando vedranno le piaghe di questo paese e le malattie onde l’Eterno l’avrà afflitto,

Y dirá la generación venidera, vuestros hijos que vendrán después de vosotros, y el extranjero que vendrá de lejanas tierras, cuando vieren las plagas de aquesta tierra, y sus enfermedades de que Jehová la hizo enfermar,

So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which the LORD hath laid upon it;

The generation to come—your children who will rise up after you, and the foreigner who will come from a far land—will say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses with which the LORD has made it sick,

e che tutto il suo suolo sarà zolfo, sale, arsura, e non vi sarà più sementa, né prodotto, né erba di sorta che vi cresca, come dopo la ruina di Sodoma, di Gomorra, di Adma e di Tseboim che l’Eterno distrusse nella sua ira e nel suo furore, diranno:

(Azufre y sal, abrasada toda su tierra: no será sembrada, ni producirá, ni crecerá en ella hierba ninguna, como en la subversión de Sodoma y de Gomorra, de Adma y de Seboim, que Jehová subvirtió en su furor y en su ira:)

And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath:

that all of its land is sulfur, salt, and burning, that it is not sown, doesn’t produce, nor does any grass grow in it, like the overthrow of Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim, which the LORD overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath.

“Perché l’Eterno ha egli trattato così questo paese? perché l’ardore di questa grand’ira?”

Dirán, pues, todas las gentes: ¿Por qué hizo Jehová esto á esta tierra? ¿qué ira es ésta de tan gran furor?

Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?

Even all the nations will say, “Why has the LORD done this to this land? What does the heat of this great anger mean?”

E si risponderà: “Perché hanno abbandonato il patto dell’Eterno, dell’Iddio dei loro padri: il patto ch’egli fermò con loro quando li ebbe tratti dal paese d’Egitto;

Y responderán: Por cuanto dejaron el pacto de Jehová el Dios de sus padres, que él concertó con ellos cuando los sacó de la tierra de Egipto,

Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt:

Then men will say, “Because they abandoned the covenant of the LORD, the God of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them out of the land of Egypt,

perché sono andati a servire ad altri dèi e si son prostrati dinanzi a loro: dèi, ch’essi non aveano conosciuti, e che l’Eterno non aveva assegnati loro.

Y fueron y sirvieron á dioses ajenos, é inclináronse á ellos, dioses que no conocían, y que ninguna cosa les habían dado:

For they went and served other gods, and worshipped them, gods whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them:

and went and served other gods and worshiped them, gods that they didn’t know and that he had not given to them.

Per questo s’è accesa l’ira dell’Eterno contro questo paese per far venire su di esso tutte le maledizioni scritte in questo libro;

Encendióse por tanto, el furor de Jehová contra esta tierra, para traer sobre ella todas las maldiciones escritas en este libro;

And the anger of the LORD was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book:

Therefore the LORD’s anger burned against this land, to bring on it all the curses that are written in this book.

e l’Eterno li ha divelti dal loro suolo con ira, con furore, con grande indignazione, e li ha gettati in un altro paese, come oggi si vede”.

Y Jehová los desarraigó de su tierra con enojo, y con saña, y con furor grande, y los echó á otra tierra, como hoy.

And the LORD rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day.

Le cose occulte appartengono all’Eterno, al nostro Dio, ma le cose rivelate sono per noi e per i nostri figliuoli, in perpetuo, perché mettiamo in pratica tutte le parole di questa legge.

Las cosas secretas pertenecen á Jehová nuestro Dios: mas las reveladas son para nosotros y para nuestros hijos por siempre, para que cumplamos todas las palabras de esta ley.

The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
